A subpar experience, unfortunately. I was in town briefly and was excited when I saw there was a highly rated repair store nearby. Having some bad luck where I ran my phone into a fire hydrant the day before, my screen broke and I wanted to get it fixed. I called ahead of time and was told 3 pricing options based on 3 different screen qualities. I came in, settled on the mid tier screen and was told it would be 15 minutes, which was perfect since I was on a time crunch to get this fixed. Strangely the technician told me completely different pricing for the top tier screen than what I was told on the phone before I called - about $100 more. Strange, but since the mid tier screen was the same price, I didn't say much and just went with that. The technician removed my screen and then went into the back room to grab the screen and then told me "oh whoops, we don't have the screen you ordered." It might be delivered around noon, but I can either put your old broken screen back on or you can do the real expensive or the lowest tier screen. I inquired about the price of the top end screen since I was told a diff price on the phone and somehow magically oops - oh yeah, it is what they told you on the phone. At this point, do they even have different screens or do they just bait you? Are prices arbitrary?The trust was slowly eroding. Since I didn't trust them to put my broken screen back and not further break the phone (try putting a broken piece of glass back on without it cracking more), I begrudgingly told them to put on the "Apple" screen (is it really Apple or OEM?). After they were done, they had a discount posted to take some money off for a 5-star review. Seriously? They also had a sign that if you're not happy with your experience to let them know, so I opted to just be up front. I called the manager and explained the situation. He asked what I thought a good solution would be; I mentioned if they gave me "Apple" screen for the mid tier screen price, I thought it'd be fair considering that's the screen we originally agreed to, before the technician removed my screen without checking inventory. The manager baulked at my suggestion and said they'd be losing money that way. He ended up giving me a discount and said I didn't have to write a 5-star review... All in all, I thought it was a pretty poor customer service experience and since they seem to incentivize good reviews with discounts, I'd be weary of trusting the reviews for this place. The repair itself seems to be holding up fine--so all in all, I wouldn't necessarily steer clear, but just be weary and get your pricing in writing and make sure they don't remove your screen before checking inventory. read more

I got a text message asking if all went well with the repair I said no something is wrong with my screen and I could not understand why I paid $150 for an issue that I have to return for this was the response. I'm confused. You act like we did this on purpose to you. I don't know how to respond to your communications other than what I've already communicated to you. We have a warranty in place in case there happens to be a defect on a part that was installed. You're describing the defect, which is why we have a warranty in place. We are extremely busy too, we don't want to do a repair more than once. What an unprofessional and careless response. The proper response would have been. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. Maybe offer a refund of some sort. I had to interrupt my work day to drive and wait for the repair. I brought my phone to have the battery replaced, and they ended up damaging something to where it was no longer functional and stuck in a boot loop. When I brought this to their attention an hour after I picked the phone up, they called me a liar, accused me of damaging the phone, and refused to accept responsibility for their own negligence. If you don't have a simple repair, then avoid this place at all costs. I sincerely regret ever having done business with them. The prices are not competitive or lower that other businesses either. I've heard that there have been many customer complaints where they have been accused of being a liar as well. If they can't fix your phone or mess up the repair, they will attack you. Note I have no reason to lie as I previously went to this business for simple repairs successfully. The way this is being handled by the new owner is really reprehensible. I heard the business was recently sold and, the past positive reviews were from the previous owner. Edit: yikes what a response from the business!! Their OEM screen replacement for my iPhone 15 Pro Max was defective. When I returned for a warranty replacement, Ryan, the manager, told me that because they didn't have the part in stock, I would need to pay extra for them to "procure an equivalent part," or they would remove the defective screen altogether. He made no real attempt to honor the warranty or fulfill the original agreement. I ended up wasting significant time dealing with a defective screen and returning, only for them to remove it without providing a replacement. I even left without my original screen. Their so-called "warranty" does not actually honor the original bargain. Rather than standing behind their work, they appear more concerned with saving a few dollars. Be warned: despite what they tell you, their warranty is effectively meaningless. If the part they provide is defective, you're on your own. I told them I had just dropped my phone and needed it fixed before my flight. I made it clear that if it couldn't be done by 1 PM that it was perfectly fine and that I would come back after my trip. But they reassured me it would be ready by then. It wasn't. I ended up waiting an extra hour, which made me late for my flight. A few days later, my phone started acting up and overheating, so I took it to a different shop. They opened it up and found pieces of glass inside the phone from the previous repair, which had damaged my battery. this review isn't biased for the $ off! my phone screen was lifting for no apparent reason so i came here to get it fixed. i was pretty hasty to do so and didn't compare prices, so i couldn't tell you if there's anywhere else that does it cheaper i had three options of getting my iphone 14 pro max screen replaced: one for $100 (60hz), one for $130 (120hz), and the apple screen for $260 (120hz). i went with the $130 one, since that's what the worker recommended. my screen works perfectly fine and is just as good as new! worker was very friendly and straight to the point. no frills, just wants to help you get your phone fixed. labor cost is included in the price they give you. my phone was fixed in 15 minutes! bring cash if you don't want to pay the 2% card fee! also, they give you a 45 day warranty so if anything is messed up, you can bring it back! i'd probably come back if my phone is acting up again haha read more

Fast, honest, and affordable! I just bought a iPhone 14 Pro Max used and the external speaker was not functioning properly. I gave them a call, got a quote, and showed up right when they opened.
