The representative, Jenny, completely took my phone apart to see if she could dry it completely and save the phone. Unfortunately, the mother board was damaged so my phone could not be saved. Needed to get the charging port replaced on the Ipad Pro (liquid got in). Of all the places I called to gat availabity and quote, they provided the direct price and what to expect when dropping of the Ipad. Dropped off Ipad at the Great Mall location (in front of Uniqlo and Food Court) and was told it would take 3-5 business day as parts needed to be order. Paid for the service (as I was quoted). Shortly after an hour or two, received that the part was available and Ipad will be done in a hour or so. They even tested and showed me that the charging port is working at the site. This is what I expect when dealing with vendors to provide reasonable timelines and prices (end even exceeded it). My phone has never been cracked before and was working perfectly with a broke back camera. After they fixed my camera my phone worked fine for the first week. A couple weeks later it starts to glitch for no reason and have these lines across the screen. I went back to talk to the two guys that fixed it for me. They kept blaming me for the phone not working when it hadn't had a problem until they "fixed" it. They told me they'd only fix it if I paid them more than what I had already given them. I didn't realize until later all they did was replace the screen, and as I started using it the touch felt different and it was harder to swipe and type. I didn't have time to go back until recently before the 30 day warranty was up. But of course there was another crack by my home button. Once i told him he said he would take a look, and in that moment called the manager and said they werent sure if that was the case before i came to the store to fix my phone so theyre not responsible. He was super quick and efficient and made sure to show me everything works. Update: put different case and glass screen protected and dropped my phone one foot from the ground (on accident) and the screen shattered underneath the glass. I could give 0 STARS , but in the end we solved our problem after 5 days. We went to change screen of iphone 7. The phone was working properly, all functions working properly, we just went to change screen around 8:30 pm on Friday. We went shopping and then we should go back to get our phone, and then it all started. When we got back we checked the phone and saw that the camera was dirty from inside, so he took the screen apart again and tried to clean it. This done, we saw that he did not put the screws correctly and then he opened it again but this time he was already in a hurry bc he wants to go home around 8:50pm and did not turn off the iphone to open the screen again, and the third time he opened the iphone without turn off again and this time the homebotton no longer worked. He got nervous and so did we because he insisted that homebottom wasn't working when he got it fixed ..... WHATTTTTT ????? Everything was working. We were sure, we wouldn't try to get a new phone just fix the screen. And then he would open and close the phone to try to fix the homebottom that was no longer fixed. He called his boss who said he would go to their store and try to fix it. Waiting, my husband said he didn't have a good character because he knew the phone was working before he opened 2x without turning off the phone and abruptly opening a piece that is sensitive breaking the homebottom and he just said to me and my husband FUCK YOU. With the owner already in the store his name I guess is Aiiaz , we explained what had happened he tried to explain kindly but we knew our phone was working before so there would be no agreement if it was not to fix our phone we would not go away. In the end, the owner said we could go to the Apple store that he would pay the cost of a new homebottom or another iphone. That was Friday, so Monday we went to the apple store we stayed there 5 hours, and they said they couldn't fix it. we went back there and then he said he would get another iphone that we could come back 2 days later to pick up. We have an obvious used iPhone but good shape, but we found it fair and were pleased. We also paid $100 for the screen of the old iPhone. We think he tried to help us the best way and good for both and gave us his word. In addition the iphone have 30 days warranty. Don't waste your Time and Money on these Scamsters!!! After 6 trips to this place and $95 - my problem only worsened with added side effects. Details: I dropped by this place to replace my wife's phone's shattered display screen. They ordered a new screen and mentioned it will take 5 business days for them to receive the display screen. Yep, they did receive and replaced the shattered display screen within 5 days as promised. But in the process they messed the phone big time. 1. The display itself looks way to different compared to the original. It looks way too hazy and the colors are skewed hence ending up with a more bluer display. They mentioned since it is not factory replacement there will be some difference, well this is a lot different. 2. Side Effect: Home button with finger print sensor started popping off and eventually fell out. Just within few hours of display replacement the home button started popping up. Again we had to drop by this place the next day wasting 2-3 hours, these guys applyied some glue mentioned it won't pop up. Guess what within few hours it started popping out. And eventually FELL OFF in 3 days. 3. We took the phone to the so called Manager / Owner of this place - Khalid. He started playing defense, behaved rudely and mentioned it's my problem and accusing me of ripping out the home button. Asking for $45 more and 5 Days to fix this home button. I got my iPhone 6 digitizer fixed here last Monday about 45 minutes before closing. The manager noticed that my may have problem with the logic board and mentioned that might be additional fix. I appreciate the honesty since I didn't realize I had two issues. He was able to show me what was causing my pixelation issue. Called them yesterday regarding an iphone 5s repair. They said it would be about 99 plus tax usually, but he said since the mall is slow he would give me a deal for 85 dollars. The guy said it comes with a one month warranty and i wanted more info, but he couldnt provide me with an explanation. Cause i wanted to know what it covers. 2. Where are the parts from? Never heard of the parts before, says it was apple approved parts but the title of the company sounded as if it was a fake chinese part.
