Couple years ago I had my son's iPad 2 fix and the guy that used to work there knew what he was doing Until Oct 2015 I had to bring in my daughter's mini iPad and her iPhone 6 which both was cracked. When I went to picked up and payed my daughter's gadgets and the next day I saw that the mini iPad not glued tightly and my daughter's iPhone 6 was screwed on unevenly and which made the iPhone cracked. I spoke with manager JAY and I'm sure he saw it too that it was uneven, yet he blame on Apple that it was thin and he said my daughter must did something or had some type of stuff in her back pocket to make it cracked. I would not recommend anyone to fix their gadget there, if they do please make sure you look throughly. I will never come here again and get it fix, I rather find another kiosk that fix their customers gadget with CARE!! read more

Hello, I came here to fix 3 phones and I realized that their phone screens are EXTREMELY CHEAP, because they break with a slap, and the screen starts moving by their selfs and the other phone isn't touchable at all. Do not go here they are expensive and very one of them the screen keeps moving by itself and the other is not working at all . I went back tried fixing it they said they couldn't do anything about it . They rush to fix the screen so I'm pretty sure it is defective due to them not repairing it carefully . Yes I left and it was working but only for certain hours. When I went back they were rude , they have no type of customer service. iPhone 4s had a cracked screen. They quoted an awesome price so I dropped off the phone to be fixed and picked up in about an hour. When I got it back I was dissatisfied with the repair; loose home button and lower corner. Jay, the manager, came by and fixed the problem. He offered a free case for the inconvenience. I was surprised when I got the phone back because it looked brand new. I told him that wasn't my phone and he said he replaced some other parts. Okay- way to kick up the customer service. Right on! My experience was awesome with this location. Customer service was great even though it was super busy in the mall. They set the expectation of the wait time to fix it (45 minutes). I wasn't the only one getting helped out. I saw 5 other phones being fixed. So I shopped around for about 30 minutes then came back to check up on my phone and they were just finishing up with it! Overall looked pretty good. Felt brand new! They even cleaned up the dust inside the phone jack and speaker and i They gave me a pretty nice deal on a phone case as well! I am most definitely referring all my friends and family here to fix any of their phone needs! They have 2 locations. So I wanted to repair my 5th generation iPod touch. And I searched on yelp and saw that this place had good reviews. All I needed fixed was my home button because it was stuck and I could not use it. When I received my iPod touch back I noticed that my screen protector had glue all over the sides of it. And also the bottom of my screen was lifted. My home button was not flush with the screen the first time I got it back. I asked them to clean my iPod and clean the screen protector. When I asked them to fix it they nicely gave me a new screen protector. But not all the glue was cleaned off the iPod! They fixed the home button issue but who knows how long that will last. I was helped by John. And he was very helpful unlike the other workers. So if you plan on coming to get your phone repaired, make sure john is there to "supervise" or actually do the work himself. Cause it seems like he knows what he's talking about. But overall, I am not satisfied with my repair. read more

They fix my iphone 6s screen which im very happy about for $80 tax free because i paid cash, once it was fix and i arrive to pick it up the guy ask for my passcode and i gave it to him, he started going thru my personal info, facebook, instagram, and like status of friends with out my permission, to the point that he open the yelp app and want a leave a yelp review with my app!!! This is very UNETHICAL!!! I had to grab my phone from him and take it away before he did such a thing!!! Be careful!! Do not give the passcode to them as they might try to do such a things with out you noticing!!! I found this place while I was looking to fix my broken Samsung galaxy S7 edge screen. They made lot of promise and extended my warranty for up to 6 months. I got my screen fixed by paying around $350. I bought some accessories like tempered glass and phone case for $50 more to protect my phone from future damage. Few days later, tempered glass was making click sound whenever, I touch the top right corner for general phone use cases like facebook messenger and as such. I ignored it thinking it's a normal thing.1 month down the lane, the tempered glass forced a pink line to appear. It was visible , but could press top edge and it would disappear. Slowly, the lines started increasing and I got occupied. 3 months down the lane. I visit the shop and ask them if something can be done. Their answer was to replace it by paying $350 again. I could have bought a new phone with that extra money. Once the service was done, they never ever value their promises. They had put a fake and cheap screen for $350, which couldn't even take the tempered glass they had only put. NEVER GO HERE. Get it done by going to Ubreakifix, you might spend $50 more, but it's worth it. Ubreakifix atleast puts Samsung's genuine parts. I learnt a hard lesson by trying to save $50. read more
