Do not use this place. I took my son phone in for a screen repair soon as we plug the phone up to the charger. The phone got super hot almost burnt my son hand then try to tell me it was because of the battery. It wasn't getting hot before the screen repair and refuse to take a look at it refuse to give refund ask for a receipt then send the computer was down and had to get a code to open it up. read more

After learning how much Apple charged for a screen replacement on my out of warranty phone, I went to theAT&T store in the mall to see if my plan had any insurance. Seemingly out of luck, the nice gentleman at AT&T suggested I go see Seng at Talk N Fix. He was super friendly and was able to replace my screen for half of what the Apple store quoted. My charger broke and a piece of it got stuck in my phone charging port so it kept blocking my phone from charging. I went up to the window and explained it to the guy and he said ok no problem and to come back in about 20 mins. Came back and he was able to pull the piece out of my port and save me from having to replace the whole battery port!!! Super great experience!! read more

Update after my phone repair, as I think this will help others... When I gave a 5 star rating last month, that was because the 2 employees who spoke to me and did the repair were super friendly, fast, and professional. Also, the phone screen looked awesome and worked well! What could go wrong? Well, in just a month, my phone screen is now shattered, and it started with the small chipping that happened in the corner when I dropped it--not on concrete but on a TABLE! Yes, even with a phone protector. In other words, the glass is not as sturdy as the original screen--so BEWARE and be careful! At least the glass wasn't TOO thick, which happened to my friend's screen repair from a different place. It was so thick that it wasn't always responsive. So, pick your poison. Or pay an arm and a leg to your cell phone company. read more

I called to get a price quote. I was given the quote of $120 and I let the individual know I would be right down. Unfortunately, in person I was given another price that was $60 higher than the quote given over the phone. The reasoning given for the increase was that the price of the screens and glass went up in the 10 minutes it took me to get there. Still, I needed my phone repaired. If I would have read my insurance contract right, I would have only needed to pay $80 through them. (Read your insurance!) This repair ended up setting me back $180. On the plus side, the repair was reasonably fast, however, the quality of the screen was terrible. The screen brightness was very dim even when turned up to max. The colors were dull and no longer vibrant. In addition, the "tech" did not replace the water resistant seal on my phone when swapping screens. read more

I've paid $55 for the same repair in the past (I'm a klutzy drunk) but whatever, the guy (younger Indian dude) says it'll be ready in 20 minutes. Here's where it goes wrong. I come back 20 minutes later and my phone is ready. Cool. Repair is perfect. Total with tax is $76.38. Ok, fine. I hand the guy $80. He gives me $3 back. Dude, where's my 62 cents? He tries to get me to give my email for a receipt. I ask again for the rest of my change. "Oh, since you don't have change." He hands me another dollar. Dude, you knew you were shorting me? So for the 3rd time now since either the employee or owner wants to literally argue. This place is a joke and again will sell you product that is of crappy quality!!! My screen was falling out of the phone is why it cracked and my button was never broken for it to spin, it only spun after they worked on my phone, also I was never able to hear very well after they worked on it. By the "only employee" even though he called someone else for me to talk to when I was there. Bottom line is that they are horrible and don't get your phone fixed here. Don't go here if you value using your phone without frustration only 20$ cheaper than apple and you don't even get a warranty but you do with apple and it is OEM. I got my iPhone 7 fixed here and ever since it drains my battery it doesn't detect when using it sometimes and I have to restart my phone. It made my phone start to lag a lot. Good service horrible product. Trust me I use my phone for work all day if you value your phone and use it a lot don't take it to a place like this spend the little extra and get it done the right way instead of having to spend another 120$ when your screen stops working.
