All I can say is, I am very happy with my purchase at Love 2 Fix. To give some background info, my iPhone 14 needed to be fixed due to a shattered back. It was late at night when I had the chance to look at techs in the area. I requested a quote at Love 2 Fix around 10:30ish PM and I was able to speak to someone within a matter of minutes! I was quoted a very affordable rate. At first I was skeptical because a lot of places aren't honest and the person who I spoke to whose name is Anthony, assured me that there weren't any hidden fees. He proceeded to ask what color was my phone and once I told him that my phone color was purple he explained that he wouldn't have the color purple iPhone back till later in the week. Due to how badly damaged my phone was I needed the back of the iPhone to be replaced immediately. Anthony was very understanding of my need and even suggested that I can choose the color white to better match the rest of my iPhone. Once I met with him in person the next day, he was very nice, met me with a smile and allowed me to feel comfortable knowing that he was going to hold my phone for the next 30-40 minutes. I didn't feel any bad intentions from him nor did I feel skeptical so I continued with handing over my phone, signed a paper with my name and phone number and left for the next hour. I came back about an hour later and Anthony showed me his work on my phone. I was so pleased and content with my phone replacement. It looks brand new, as if no damage has occurred. I've gone to another tech in the Arden Arcade area across Trader Joe's in a small shopping center and was quoted way more than what I was quoted by Anthony. I had such a great time coming here to fix my Canon Powershot SX740's camera shutter because I got sand in it that caused it to misalign. Therefore the shutter when turning off and on won't open or close properly. $80 for the whole process, $40 at first for a diagnosis (going towards service if you'd like to continue with their service) and another $40 when picked up. My camera now works perfectly fine and I'm SUPER happy about it. Looks like brand new! Also have a 6 month warranty. The whole process for this took 1-2 hours and employees are beyond helpful! I also forgot my screen PIN. The device was purchased used from BestBuy and they refused to take it back, without even me trying to reach the transaction counter. They advised I go to UbreakiFix as it's the Samsung Authorized repair store. They wanted $100 to bypass Google lock and Samsung screen lock. I tried everything at home and even contacted Samsung a few times, provided them my receipt and information. Multiple factory resets didn't help either. My 22HD Cintiq had the black screen of death. Everything else worked fine, the pen was responding to the stroke and all. I had to get it fixed for work, being a game artist it's a great tool to use. The problem was I started my new job and was tired of the 21UX Cintiq Model because it's a square monitor 1600 x 1400. I like my 1920x1080 format for more room as you can see. I bought my 22HD Cintiq 2nd hand from a graphic designer in SF, it lasted me for 4 years until the screen went dead. I had two choices, ship it to Wacom HQ in Washington, which would be generally 850 + shipping and handling, and everyone knows sometimes shipping can damage your stuff. I didn't want to risk it so I called up Love 2 Fix, I talked to Andrew, and asked do they have the caliber to fix such delicate hardware. Through their professionalism and being very transparent, Andrew and his team did an amazingly professional job of repairing my 22HD Cintiq. The price was fair and very reasonable because this is a difficult piece of hardware to fix. As you can see in the photos, it's been fully repaired, works like a charm, is super clean, and high-caliber professional. I would recommend any other users of Wacom or Cintiqs in the local area, go to them to get your Wacom fixed. Luckily mine was just the screen, no wiring gone wrong or fried.
