You want to be able to trust people with personal items, especially your phone. It contains everything nowadays. Dari placed an order for my flip, it was the wrong interface, for the wrong phone, not his fault. I could have called in when I had time to get the right phone info. They fixed my son's iPhone within 15 min. Super easy. Unfortunately for my phone, I have to wait another day, but that's OK. They are nice and they are hot. But I don't think they actually really take care of the phone. Or like legit fix it I got my phone screen replaced and it's been acting super weird and strange like it won't update and stuff like that. I don't know what they did but they do not. I don't think they do it right I would not recommend. And they charge a lot $220. My phone won't even update anymore. My apps cannot be put back on it. We got the cheapest screen, because the more expensive screens were getting close to questioning whether to just buy a new phone. The cheapest screen does not come with any warranty, it's thicker than the original and the color seems to be off. I will probably trade the phone in for a new model. I came here to get my iPhone camera lens fixed and then came another time to get my son's iPad fixed. They are very knowledgeable and courteous and will give you a quote before committing. My son's iPad stopped working after a hard drop on the ground and they had to fix the bracket and also decided they would change the battery for free as it was still under warranty from the last time I got the battery changed. I did a very last minute drop in for my ipad that I thought is unfixable as it was bent and crushed. However Dariy told me to bring it in and he'll take a look at it which to my luck he did! I am so thankful as I did not want to buy another one as it was very expensive and the generation of my ipad is no longer being made. Dropped my iPhone 7 Plus and screen was not functioning. Wouldn't even let me turn off phone or unlock screen. Yelp messaged these guys and sent a photo of what it looked like. They were immediately able to tell me that it was the LCD. They quoted me $100 Plus tax. My budget was not ready for that, but I knew I needed it fixed before the wedding that I would be heading to the next day... they worked with me on price since I was a returning customer. They had it fixed within 30 min so I only went without a functioning phone for a short amount of time. These guys are great and I will go to them and recommend to my friends and fam for any phone disasters. Lastly, when they were finished they asked if there were any other issues and I told them that it overheats and the screen freaks out sometimes and randomly opens apps and calls people. They said it could be a defective board or something.
