They were the cheapest option, which is why I chose them. Went Saturday morning and the guy was done in 30 minutes. The issue I have now is that my phone is acting up which it wasn't at all even when my screen was cracked. Not sure if the gentlemen did something wrong. There's also 3 dots at the of the screen that are bright. Were not their before. My phone takes forever when I click on something, I have to do it multiple times. Whenever I click on an IG post, most times it'll click a different post. Very strange, not very happy with the outcome. Apple quoted me 129. Spend a little more and get a better outcome. I dropped an iPad off and three months later I got it back with missing parts and with no explanation. Every week they told me it would be done later that day. I took it to a few iPad repair places after those three months so they could simply look at it. They tell me it looks like it was stripped for parts, that I got screwed, and I'm out of luck now etc. I took it back to Jason and he looks inside it and says he would never leave it without parts like that, that I took them out and am blaming him now etc. Jason is a horrible guy to work with. Got an Iphone6p fixed today by Seng who was AWESOME! He was very informative with the process of fixing the cracked screen and completed the job within 30 minutes! I appreciate Seng's excellent customer service and ease to talk with him about Iphones including the proper way to take care of the battery. Seng was very thorough and examined the phone very closely. I cannot comment on comparable costs since I did not do any research, but the excellent customer service I received was well worth the cost of the repair (less than $100). I was able to stand nearby and watch the entire repair and Seng's positive attitude was a definite plus. I recommend Seng if he is there. I went here to have my camera lens fixed on my S5 because it was shattered. He fixed the lens, told me my camera wasnt zooming or focusing right because of an internal problem and I needed to warranty out my phone. I go through all the hassle of talking to multiple people in person, and on the phone, paying out of pocket, and time wasted driving around to warranty out my phone through T Mobile. Come to find out the reason it wasnt focusing, was because he forgot to pull the plastic sleeve off the camera glass with tape before he gave it back to me. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I had to come back to this kiosk 3 times. The guy Jason, was completely disrespectful of my mother and I. I went up for a consultation and he just grabbed my phone and asked for my pass code to see what was wrong when I clearly told him the screen was broken. My mother wanted to take into Apple to get it diagnosed but by that time he had already taken my screen apart and proceeded to put his on. Told us now that we couldn't leave because his screen was on it. We paid the $120. After my screen was fixed I took my phone to Apple and the AT&T tech center to get it diagnosed and they told me there was no internal problems. 2nd time I went in was because my screen kept popping off and once again he told me it was my phone's fault because it was bent. My phone was not bent. 3rd and final time I went in today was because the screen was faulty and it would randomly press on apps and click on things. I took it in again and he once again said it was my fault, I must have dropped it. Then blamed it on internal software, I told him that I took it to Apple and AT&T to have it diagnosed and he kept interrupting me mid sentence to say that AT&T does not diagnose. I could not even explain to him that it was at the tech center where they specifically diagnose for internal problems, not the retailer, but he refused to listen and continued to interrupt me mid sentence. I was frustrated and fed up because he treated me with disrespect and talked down to me. This was the third week in a row that I had to return to this kiosk to get my screen fixed. I told him that it was ridiculous that I had to come back every week for a different problem with my screen. When I returned for my phone later he told me he had the right to refuse service despite the 1 year warranty because I was ruining his business by complaining that I had to come in 3 times in a row. If he had done it correctly with a good screen, I would not have to come in three times and complain about a faulty screen. Horrible customer service, disrespectful to women, and I would not recommend coming back. I would rather pay an extra $567 for an unlocked iphone 5s at the Apple store than to pay $120 for frustration and horrible customer service. read more

These guys are great!! I work construction and break my phone a lot. I was constantly going to the Apple Store and they are always busy and you need an appointment. The replacement parts apple uses are expensive and they are constantly trying to upsell you or to buy a whole new phone. Talk n Fix is right to the point and the price is about half of what apple charges you. You don't need an appointment and they fix it right on the spot. I highly recommend these guys.
