I have used the place for a few years and always received quality products. Last week, I went to get my iPhone 14 pro screen replaced because I was traveling out of the country. I paid around 260 for the replacement. I returned the same day because I didn't have touch functionality in the top left part of the screen. The guy working the both rebooted my phone and explained it was bug and reboot should fix it. When I got home, I continued to have issues with the screen not responding to touch, rebooting, and just the screen randomly pressing numbers, but I was traveling the next day and couldn't go by the mall. Yesterday, I almost got locked out of my phone in a foreign country because the screen kept pressing random numbers for my passcode, and my screen unlock would not work. read more

Walked up to the gentleman (I forgot his name I should've asked) and explained to him what I needed to be fix. I accidentally said "camera" when I was trying to explain my situation and he politely corrected me and professionally walked me through the steps of what he's about to do to fix it. 30 minutes there and done! Don't go cheap go Cellairis with over 10+ years in service. Fair price, professional, and prompt. The gentleman offered to clean the charging port (hubs phone wouldn't charge) and boy he pulled out enough pocket lent to knit a sweater for a small dog lol jk jk but it was enough for me to really consider it. Anyway the young man came and confirmed that it was charging however it was was going to take about 5hrs to be completely charged (the phone displayed 5hrs until completely charged) I'd love to be cheap and just say "let's go with a cleaning" however the charger dances around like Britney Spears on her TikTok's while we try and get a good connection so it's best we just avoid any further complications and get the port switched out. The two at the kiosk I met today are friendly and very informative. I got a time estimate for repair and also learned they do laptops and tablets as well. They're the only store within the city that had the replacement charging port ON HAND.Other tech stores quoted needing a week to get the parts. Hubs spent a great part of his morning trying to get his phone to hold a charge I'm so happy it can be repaired locally and promptly. We get to keep all the memories he doesn't have backed up and I don't have to worry about not bumping the phone while it charging a win is a win. read more

I want to preface this by saying that I hate writing bad reviews. I initially wrote one but took it down because I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and see if they could make things better. I can't really ignore it now though, because this place has made my phone worse not once, but twice. The only good thing I can say about this place is that it's cheap and fast. But I'd still rather have a working phone. Went in to get a replacement for my cracked screen. They replaced it in about an hour for a reasonable price which I was happy with. When I got the phone back, I noticed immediately that my biometrics didn't work and the display didn't fit the screen. Annoying, but not the end of the world, so I paid and left. Within a day I started having issues. Constant phantom inputs, the display glitching out and not showing certain parts of the screen, and reduced sensitivity. I tried to hold out for a while but eventually it got to the point where I was constantly having one issue or another. So I took it back to the kiosk and explained the problem. To their credit I guess, they offered a free replacement with the explanation that "sometimes these things happen". After another fairly quick replacement and I got my phone back with another new screen. Turned it on and immediately noticed the same issues as before with the display ratio and lack of biometrics. I brought it up and was told "well the new screen is never going to be as good as the original". Ok cool, I don't need it to be perfect but I need it be functional. One day later and the screen is completely shot after a day of regular use. See the attached picture for what I get to deal with now. I'm completely done with these people and how they managed to make the problem worse twice. Currently going through customer service to try and get a refund and then I guess I'll send it to the manufacturer to have them fix it. I see they have a lot of good reviews so maybe this is a freak occurrence, but my experience here has been almost universally negative. If I could I'd honestly pay the cost of the replacement again just for them to put my old cracked screen back on my phone, because an occasional glass splinter is better than not being able to use the phone at all. read more

My iPhone 8+ cost $65 to fix and it took about 20 or so minutes more or less. The guys here seem very knowledgeable and are great multitaskers. I dropped my phone like a clumsy oaf and the screen was a complete mess of spiderwebbed fractures. After seeing their positive reviews, I called to see if Cellairis were still open in the Arden Fair mall despite the mall being closed due to COVID, and they assured me that they did curbside drop off, consultation, and pickup at no cost. I brought it in and they replaced the screen, applied a screen protector (even upgraded it from the cheap rubber one I requested to a nicer and more durable protector free of charge!), and checked with me over my wife's phone when they had to do a color substitution for part of the screen to see if I was cool with it. Wife and I did some grocery shopping nearby and the phone was done before we were. We came back and happily paid the very affordable price for my now usable phone. Unfortunately, due to how fragile the connections were on account of my phone's battle with gravity, the home and back buttons stopped working during the screen replacement. They let me know upfront and ordered the part immediately. They called my wife's phone when the part came in a day later, and I dropped it off that night. Next afternoon, I drove out and picked up my now perfectly fixed phone, and they didn't charge me a single cent for the extra parts and labor! Cellairis really guarantees its work! I took my iPhone 5S in to fix a cracked screen, which they did in under an hour for about $70-$80, and I couldn't have been happier. But a few weeks later, my screen started to become very glitchy and unresponsive, and I had to take it back in to them, luckily within their warranty time period. Appropriately, they replaced the screen again and fixed it the second time for free. However, I'm glad I waited to write this review now that I am outside the warranty period. At the most inopportune time when I was traveling out of town, my entire phone screen died and went blank. I had to scramble to find another place to fix my phone. This time, I spent good money ($125) to get my phone fixed, and the technician informed me that the glass I had was very cheap and ruined the LCD screen underneath. I was so pleased with the prices and the service at this little kiosk in the Arden Fair Mall. (I actually drove from Redding for my phone repair because their price was so much better that it made the trip worthwhile in repairing my iphone.) The guy who helped me was so knowledgeable about my older iphone and gave me excellent advice--including how long he thought I could get by before I would need to replace it due to various reasons. He didn't try to "sell" me anything and gave me different options and his recommendation. I ended up getting a couple things repaired for what it would have cost for just one of those things in Redding. Meanwhile, he was working on other people's repairs too--it was amazing. (2016 review) I came here a few days ago to have a new screen installed since mine was broken (the phone still functioned fully). I've had my iphone6 for almost two years and never had any issues with the phone until my screen was fixed here. Less than ten minutes after having my screen fixed my phone restarted a few times in a row; I hadn't even left the mall yet so this problem occurred immediately after installation of the new glass. I just assumed it was rebooting or something of that sort. It continued to restart continuously so I couldn't even use the phone because it didn't stay on long enough for me to do anything on it. I returned the next day to tell the sales person that damage was done to the phone during installation and I wanted a refund. I had watched him bend my phone "back" since it was damaged during the drop. Apple thinks this bending back may have damaged the phones Internal parts. The sales person was extremely rude and argumentative stating that there was no refunds because he cannot receive the product back. He then said that he would need to take his installed glass back off of my screen if he decided to do a refund. I asked for him to replace my shattered glass and issue me a refund since my phone was no longer in working condition and I was going to have to pay for a new one. He continued to be rude and refused to help me. I asked for a supervisor and he told me that there wasn't one available. Eventually, I was so upset that I decided to leave and begin the process of getting a new phone. I thought I was satisfied with service the first day, but when I returned the sales person was the total opposite than the previous day. read more

I don't usually go to cell phone places to get repairs. Most of the time I've always say screw it, and buy something new. Well my son had cracked his phone screen and I thought it might be cheaper this time around just to get it fixed so I went to these guys and had them give me a new screen. They did it really quickly with a very good price and they beat their competitors prices. after getting home I realized there's an issue because there must have been too much pressure on the screen or something got done incorrectly. This all occurred right before the covid-19 shutdown so I was screwed for over 2 months where I couldn't do anything but sit with a broken phone but I called them today and I refreshed their memory about who I was and I went in and got my phone repaired with no issue and no extra charges. They did it quickly. I would definitely recommend them. If an issue occurs on their behalf they will fix it especially given that two months have passed.
