LOVE this store. This is the new one. I went to an event with my nephew to see James Ponti, Stuart Gibbs and Max Brailler. This event was super organized although I was unaware the authors were actually speaking so that was a wonderful surprise for my 8 year old nephew and myself! Cute decor!

The larger second location of Talking Animal Books -- a perfect stop for book lovers! We stopped by this new location of TAB today and had a great experience! The other location is much smaller and can feel crowded at times. This one is huge and very well organized! I was easily able to find the book I wanted on my own and my sister received friendly assistance in picking out a new book to read. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful bookstore in the heart of downtown Grapevine. Nice back room that is available for small groups and great service.

This is a neat little shop. It reminds me of a Five Below version of Claire's and Ulta. Nothing is…read moreexpensive in the entire store and you can come across some really cute items. Me and my daughter bought makeup bags, shoe bags, compact mirrors for our handbags, makeup brushes and lip gloss. The store is cramped design wise as they are making use of every bit of floor space.

Basically a Claire's for an older demographic like teenager and up. And almost all of it is $1.00 . At least almost all the makeup and products I looked at. If its not a dollar; it isn't too far from it. That crazy amazing price point alone puts this one on the map; I mean $1?! Thats almost unheard of these days . Sure there's some stuff I wasn't all that impressed with or would buy or repurchase but thats to be expected; however most of it is pretty damn good, and not just for the price but just in general. I'm a lip balm/lip gloss junkie and if you are as well, this is a great place to start! My biggest complaint was the AOA rescue balm in the mint flavor has no mint tingle, no mint scent, nothing. That was disappointing. But the honey lip oil, the starry magic lip plumper, bombshell lipstick were all good. I cant wait to try more!!

I've walked by and never even noticed this place, but I encourage you to enter. The store offers players pieces to paint and play in house, other related material to review, and a historical review of Warhammer. War game setups to play, which, by the way, are artistically set up so awesomely! I would have taken more pictures and videos, but it was busy, and the majority of the game stations were taken up by players. I, on the other hand, enjoyed that they had a cafe as well. I believe their coffee machine is down or something. So I opted for their "Blood for the Blood God" tea it's not too sweet and pretty refreshing for a hot, humid day. We waited to eat our cinnamon roll at home. After heating it up a bit, I enjoyed the sweet treat. It was a tad bit dry, but it was eaten. If you're a fan or just walking by, stop and check it out. You may be surprised by a hobby you never knew could pique your interest!

They then got to play with their new figurines on the very elaborate game tables (which I have seen very packed on weekends but which were mostly open on a Wednesday afternoon). I have no idea how the game works but the detailed figurines and buildings are very cool to look at and my kids loved exploring the tables. The cafe looks like a standard local coffee shop with a nice mix of coffees and pastries. Definitely a fun place to stop into and check out.
