This is a great store to buy a motorcycle. Surprisingly, although I live around the corner, I…read morefirst learned about this place from Barbers Motors Sports. Their Indian motorcycles have quite a history. The bikes in stock are abundant and the staff is very friendly. Great place to service and purchase a fancy looking bike.

Disappointing experience and waste of time…read more.. I spoke to an overall friendly salesperson, Grayson, about a bike they had advertised online. Even though there were hidden fees for 'destination' and 'assembly & prep', I agreed to the total. Then, per Grayson's suggestion, I searched around and sorted out my own shipping service. I called first thing in the morning to make the transaction and I was told that they would not ship the bike without assembling it first (which would significantly increase the shipping cost). The funny thing is, the bike is already in the shipping box! Next I spoke with Jimmy, the sales manager, and was told that they *have to* assemble it first (fine, go ahead) but they're unwilling to then disassemble it for shipping. Again, it's already in the shipping box. They claimed that they couldn't "risk it" so I even went above and beyond and called Yamaha (the manufacturer), and figured out a way they could ship to my local dealer, so there would be no liability for them. Supposedly, Jimmy spoke to the owner who (after everything I went through between salesperson, sales manager, the manufacturer, and the shipping company) said they wouldn't ship to me at all. In the end, the final verdict was: "we don't want your business."

First, they submitted a credit application without my consent. I started filling one out online…read moreand wanted to check my bank first. So, I saved the application before submitting it but they submitted the application, somehow. This caused an inquiry on my credit report which I wanted to avoid until I had selected the right finance company for me. I wasn't concerned about being approved (credit score of 800+), I wanted to find the best rate. Next, they were to see what I could get for my trade. They were seeking a quote from a third party. After a week of me following up they called saying the person I started with is no longer with the company. This was the second time this has happened. The new person called and I had to provide the same info, pics, etc to the new person. Just frustrating. Lastly, they sold my information and now I'm getting a ton of junk email and phone calls from spammers. How do I know it was them? When I filled out some contact information, I used an alternate name and now I'm getting a ton of email and multiple calls a week asking for a person by that name. It's an odd last name I made up and I've only used it for this business, so, I know it was them selling my information. So, if you want to start over each week with a different sales person because the last person is "no longer with the company", or you have to continuously follow up with them (thought that's what a sales person did) to find out what's going on with a potential trade or sale, or they run your credit without final authorization, or sell your information and start getting bombarded by junk mail and calls - buy a vehicle from these knuckleheads. I ended up buying a Kubota side by side from Alex Farmer from Alabama Tractor in Ashville. They gave me a great trade value (within two days), picked up my trade, dropped off the new side by side, and finished the financing without me even going to the store. All of this done within three days.

1 star only because I can't leave less. Bought two brand new units off the showroom floor. Got home…read moreand realized one of them wasn't even assembled all the way had to turn around and take it back. Paperwork said everything was good and had been checked and with it coming off the showroom floor should've been good. On top of buying two units I left an atv to get repaired. After getting the run around I ended up handing them an additional 600+ dollars to give it back in the exact same condition non running. Have bought dozens of stuff from multiple MMS stores but Gadsden store ruined it for me I'll never go back. Shop elsewhere save yourself the hassle.
