The pretty sturdy tray had melt in your mouth perfectly ripe strawberries, pineapples and apples covered with dark and white chocolate. When you bite into one, it like wow that's really amazing! This morning I got a call that they did not have a ghost cutter and I could cancel my order. today is my anniversary. I didn't have time to find this somewhere else. i was offered a few different cut outs and chose the cat. I actually tried to ask if the order would be ready at my chosen time but the man had already hung up. i called back twice. 1st time I was put on hold by an automated system then I heard someone pick up and I was sent to a voicemail. i called back and sat on hold for 5 minutes and just hung up. i received an email at 11:43 that My order was ready. i arrived around 12:30 and when the man handed me the item, i could see that black cat's chocolate was on parts of the bag. it was very hard to see under all of the plastic. I went straight home with it and carefully removed the plastic, this was rushed for sure. The strawberries aren't even cute. I paid $60 for this, a balloon, and a candied apple which also looked rushed. I'm very disappointed. I wish I had read comments here before ordering. Apparently, others have been disappointed as well. This has been in my fridge for hours and the chocolate is hard. He didn't make it early enough to harden before he wrapped it up.

Have been shopping at this store a long time....since it first opened. It had always been…read morepleasurable to shop there. But for last 2-3y there's been a decline much to my dismay. It is 85% the young employee. As a customer it seems they resent having to answer a customer's question, or request for help. Comes across as they are not there to help or even consider you, rather that they are special "cool" because they work there. Particularly the produce section, where their job to check or replace items is far more important than any measly customer. Their big cart is parked for their convenience, no matter a customer can't get to needed vegetables. Also in dairy I asked a worker what was the price on yougart since shelf price label was missing. Reply? " I don't eat yougart so I don't know". Also one has to wonder if the choice of music is for customers or employees. Other notes: employees chatting on personal calls constantly or worse 3+ more gathered in an aisle talking about morning meeting/ mgr. There's more, but said observations have caused me to spend last time / $ there & go to a.store with better trained, courteous employees & mgr that does their job. I work hard for my dollar & will spend it where it is appreciated even if it sometimes means a bit less section. Its action that hits WF in the wallet until they make needed changes.

The sides we ordered were 2sides of fried okra, a potato salad, and sweet potato fries. All of the sides were fried to perfection and had sufficient seasoning and texture. The main issue was that our waiteress forgot our utensils for a solid 10 minutes. Not a huge issue, but a slight disappointment.
