Responses slowed to days later or stopped altogether without acknowledgment. This inconsistency created unnecessary friction in what should have been a simple administrative exchange. The overall interaction reflected a "hot and cold" scam-y approach, that did not inspire my confidence in her ability to manage even the foundational aspects of an order. If you are looking for thorough communication and a vendor who can competently handle straightforward client coordination, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
