I brought my son in for a trim, and I made it clear to Jake, the hair stylist, that he likes his hair long on top. I even showed him a picture of how long he prefers it. I also asked for the MVP package. Jake started by cutting the sides short while keeping the long hair on top. So far, so good. However, as the cut continued, he began trimming away the top of his hair. In a few minutes, it had gone from a few centimeters to a few inches off from all sides. His hair used to fall in front of his eyebrows, but now half of his forehead is showing. He continued to trim the back, leaving only two inches of hair. It was even left choppy at that point. The management didn't even bother to listen to my feedback and sided with their stylist. I was very disappointed with this experience.
