My experience with Tammy was nothing but great. I just moved over from Sydney, Australia and it was my first experience trying to find an apartment in New York. I had only two weeks left in my temporary residence and Tammy went above and beyond to get me into a new place in that time frame. The second place still had all the amenities I was looking for but wasn't as nice as the first one but it had significant lower price point. Thinking about my budget I opted for the second place and let Tammy know. Tammy, knowing that I really wanted the first place negotiated the rent down with a longer lease and also got the building to pay for a percentage of the broker fee. This was definitely a really nice surprise and I was able to get the place I really wanted. At first I didn't really understand the reason of why someone would use a broker but my experience with Tammy really showed me the value of using one. Tammy definitely went above and beyond to help me get a place in the time I had but even more so a place that I really wanted. She showed determination and persisted in working with me even though I was being very picky and had issues with meeting all the requirements of some buildings. Tammy made my move back to the US from Abroad fantasticly easy- and I owe you a great deal for finding me the perfect place to live. When I found out I was moving I immediately had anxiety about finding a place to live in the city. I knew there was plenty of demand and much less supply and I also knew that vacancies filled quickly. To complicate matters further, I didn't know where exactly in Manhattan I wanted to live. Before I moved, Tammy proactively emailed and we set up a time for an initial discussion. Because of extenuating circumstances we initially spoke late of a Friday evening.
