From the very beginning, we made it clear that our goal was to grow our natural nails while maintaining them with tips, fills, and eventually overlays. Unfortunately, over time, it became apparent that this salon is not comfortable with long nails or more detailed nail designs. Almost every time we requested a design or a specific look, the response was uncertainty. We were often told they weren't sure if they could do it and were asked to provide pictures as a guide. While I understand using reference photos, it became frustrating when even simple requests were met with hesitation. My final experience was the most disappointing. I brought in a picture of exactly what I wanted, and despite knowing that I had worked hard to grow my natural nails, the technician repeatedly began cutting them down. Preserving my nail length was extremely important to me, and I had communicated that clearly. When I stopped her and declined to continue the service, she became visibly upset and unprofessional. Looking back, I realize the overall vibe had been off for quite some time, but I continued supporting the salon because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. As a loyal customer who invested a lot of time and money here, I expected better communication, respect for my preferences, and a more positive customer experience. What makes the experience even more disappointing is that it happened on Mother's Day weekend. While I refused to let it ruin my celebration, it left a bad impression. They can do nail designs and the latest trends. My mani and pedi came to $60 which for the quality I received is a wonderful price. My pedicure was really fabulous and done by Kevin. You start with a hot soak and then they take care of cuticle treatment and any callus you may have built up. You receive an amazing scrub to exfoliate which is followed by a mask and hot towel. The technician was unprofessional, asked me when I had my nails done last, (rude) and talked constantly. During the prep, he used a mechanical nail drill on my cuticles instead of proper cuticle remover and a brush. He ended up cutting me, and the area is still raw and tender. I immediately asked him to stop using the mechanical nail drill. Furthermore, he was incredibly stingy with the water-softening product. I regret tipping for such low-quality experience. In hindsight, I should have selected the custom option and left a minimal amount. Instead, I defaulted to the 15% option.

I made an excellent choice! The salon is a beautiful place with lots of separate spaces for separate services. It is quiet, relaxing and comfortable and I felt at ease. It is really clean as well. You receive a very warm and friendly greeting when you walk in. Michelle is very good and very passionate about her craft and she is quite knowledgeable. She is friendly, professional and diligent.
