I now have 8 months of built up massages on my account (well over $800 of prepaid ) when I asked for options to pause my monthly member ship the owner kept repeating "per your agreement" at me as a way to tell me he would not consider accommodating my situation. They have cancelled another appointment on me again this month, I can't get me in more than once a month to use those massages, they continue to charge me monthly for more massages but if I pause or cancel my membership I lose access to my credits. The office person said she would go ask if they would still see me and came back minutes later and said no. If this is how they treat their patients, I don't think I want to ever go there.
