Tom Brady signed with the Bucs on 3/20/2020. Contract reportedly 2 years, $50 mil with $4.5 mil annual incentives with no-trade and no-tag.

When I first moved to Atlanta in the early 2000s, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were often a formidable opponent. The Bucs and the Falcons have been in the same division, the NFC South, since 2002. They formed the NFC South division with the Falcons, Carolina Panthers, and New Orleans Saints that year. That same season, the Bucs won the Super Bowl (Super Bowl XXXVII) against the Oakland Raiders, 48-21. Coincidentally, that was coach Jon Gruden's first year with the Bucs after spending the first four years of his NFL head coaching career with the Raiders. Gruden would eventually wind up with a 57-55 record with the Bucs, spanning seven seasons (2002-2008). Over that period, the Bucs won the division three times (2002, 2005, 2007). My favorite Madden NFL game by EA Sports was Madden NFL 2004 for the PlayStation 2. I liked that edition the best because it featured Mike Vick on the cover and he was awesome to play as in a video game. He played for the Falcons at the time. The game was released in late summer 2003 which meant the Bucs were good. They were the reigning champs. The 2000s Bucs had players like Derrick Brooks (LB), Warren Sapp (DT), Mike Alstott (FB), John Lynch (SS), Ronde Barber (CB), and Simeon Rice (DE). At the time of writing this review, the Bucs all-time record against the Falcons is 25-28 so it's been a pretty even and competitive series between the two teams. Unfortunately, the Bucs haven't done much since the Gruden era. After losing in the Wild Card playoffs in January 2008 (2007 season), the Bucs have routinely finished in 3rd or 4th place in the NFC South. Granted, the division has been quite strong and competitive some years such as in 2010 when the Falcons went 13-3, the Saints went 11-5, and the Bucs went 10-6, but more often than not, the Bucs have been well below .500. Since Gruden, they've had five different head coaches in 11 seasons -- that's roughly one coaching change every two years. In the 2015 NFL Draft, the Bucs drafted QB Jameis Winston with the 1st overall pick. In 2013, as a redshirt freshman, Winston led Florida State to the national championship. I thought the Bucs made a good pick. However, for various reasons (including playing through injury), Winston's career with the Bucs never panned out. He led the Bucs to only one season above .500 (and it was just one game above .500, 9-7, in the 2016 season). He made the 2016 Pro Bowl (2015 season). In the 2019 season, Winston threw seven pick-sixes which set an NFL record. After that season, he became a free agent. On March 20, 2020, the Bucs signed QB Tom Brady to a two-year deal that included both no-trade and no-tag clauses. Brady had spent the first 20 (!) years of his legendary career with the New England Patriots. He begins his first season with the Bucs at age 42. About a month after Brady's signing, his former Pats teammate Rob Gronkowski announced he was coming out of retirement. On April 21, 2020, the Pats traded Gronk to the Bucs so he could rejoin Brady. Also, on September 2, 2020 (the date of this review), the Bucs signed Leonard Fournette to a one-year deal. It's like the Miami Heat over here.

Loved The Buccaneers since 79. My first game was Bucs vs Jets 1976. Joe Namath vs Steve Spurrier. Since 1979 when TAMPA made The NFC finals. I'm still upset they lost. John McKay. I have Seasons tickets this year. TAMPA BAY.

Came here to watch the Outback Bowl Arkansas vs Penn State! Go hogs! The stadium was much smaller than I anticipated. Cool ship and display though! The stadium was pretty clean and I saw one guy sanitizing the handrails towards the beginning of the game.

Had a meeting at 1 Buc Place and it was a great experience. All of the Bucs staff were great. We ended up in the auditorium and it was a great place for a meeting. We ate in the dining hall and the food was really good. The players are very lucky as they eat well. We also got a tour of the facility. I could have stayed in the lobby all day looking at memorabilia. I call it the glory days. The tour was interesting as we got to see pretty much everything. Great day, Great staff

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers the NFC South Division. Yelp Challenge 58/100. It's been a very long time since you guys been to the playoffs. Something like 7 seasons now and only less than a handful of seasons above. 500. Since your Super Bowl win, Maybe you guys should call back Chucky. I'm with a lot of you, Josh Freeman fooled me to. He had that one really good year and then he fell off. What sucks, if you draft a QB high in the draft. He can set the Franchise back at least three years. So it looks like a QB is on the horizon for you guys once again. Two good college QB'S in Winston and Mariota. Lets hope for your sake it doesn't turn out to be the Peyton Manning and Ryan Leaf draft all over agian. It would suck if you picked the Leaf type QB. But hey roll the dice and see what happens. Vincent D aka VD aka Vebola aka Vincent Vega. Always, Enjoying the simple things in life.

The Yankees own the stadium so they will be back in the spring. The baseball field is across the street from Raymond James stadium the home of the Buccaneers. Regular parking was in the Raymond James lot and attendees walked over an elevated crosswalk to the Steinbrenner entrance. Premium parking at Steinbrenner stadium is $60 per car per event. I had not been to a Yankees spring training game at this facility in years. This stadium is really well maintained. The restrooms were very clean, neat and quite nice for a stadium. The Webullpen Clubs at Steinbrenner Field are located at the first and third base sections. Each club offers a selection of concessions including traditional ballgame fare, Cuban and chicken sandwiches, burgers, chicken strips, and quesadillas alongside a variety of beers on tap. I had the chicken quesadilla and in the club it came with green and red salsa. It had plenty of chicken and you could see lots of peppers in the cheese mix. I thought it was a good deal at 10.99 even outside the stadium setting. The Webullpen feels like a perk usually available with club level seats but here is open to any ticket holder. The air conditioned space had high top tables and couches with TVs all around showing the action. Quick serve orders are placed at the bar where they hand over drinks immediately and you get a number for the kitchen to deliver your food. Besides ushers I also saw staff with yellow shirts that said 'fan host' and they seemed to be guest services placed all around the stadium including the Webullpen. The stands were pretty standard stadium seating with cup holders. Initially the lower level seating on this September evening seemed comfortable, once the place filled up it was hot and sweaty. The Rays played a good game but did not win. This loss dashed any hope of post season play.

The Gasparilla Bowl is an annual NCAA-sanctioned post-season college football bowl game played in…read morethe Tampa Bay area since 2008. It was first played in 2008 as the "St. Petersburg Bowl" at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. The game was renamed the "Gasparilla Bowl" in 2017 as a nod to the legend of José Gaspar, a pirate who operated in the Tampa Bay area and who is the inspiration for Tampa's Gasparilla Pirate Festival. In May 2018, the owners announced the bowl would be relocated to Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. The 2021 Gasparilla Bowl's sold-out game between the UF Gators and UCF Knights had an attendance of 63,669 setting a new Gasparilla Bowl record, eclipsing the total of 29,763 established when Rutgers faced UCF in 2009. In 2019, the Gasparilla Bowl featured a Busch Gardens Theme Park team outing and a beach invasion outing with several games and challenges which were not present in 2021. For 2021, unfortunately the beach invasion event had to be cancelled due to rain and the Busch Gardens event was omitted from the fan event schedule. For 2021, the Gasparilla bowl featured a pep rally downtown the day before the football game at the Sail Pavilion by the Convention Center with both teams bands and cheerleaders present. For 2021, the fan invasion event started at 3pm, 4 hours before game time, in lot 6D and featured several Gasparilla parade floats, pirates, food vendors, drink vendors, football games, and even a DJ. After a terrible season, I'm glad the Florida Gators still managed to make it to a bowl game and the bowl game ended up being in Tampa! The Gasparilla Bowl is typically held as one of the earliest bowl games before Christmas and is a welcome addition for college football fans although it has less prestige than the Outback Bowl which is typically held on New Years Day. The Gasparilla Bowl has featured many Florida College Football teams in the bowl's history and is a great chance for Florida college football team fans to see their teams play close to home without traveling too far. I definitely was in favor of the bowl's name change to Gasparilla Bowl as it is more representative of the city of Tampa! While I hope the Florida Gators can do better next year and get into a better post-season bowl, I am grateful they did make it to a bowl game. If your football team got into the Gasparilla Bowl, I definitely recommend visting Tampa Bay to go see them play!

The first bout was very entertaining, both travel teams were excellent. In the end Tampa Bay pulled ahead, mostly due to excellent speed and agility by Jammer Barbie Bont. The kids stuffed themselves with junk food, got their hair painted, and bought t-shirts between the 2 bouts. I had a couple of beers to get into the mood of the event, PBR being a sponsor of the TBDD. The second bout started off a bit slower, with lots of tactics and few chances being taken. In the end, the Mafia won by only 2 points. A tremendous bout. We are all excited to go to the next event on September 10th. You should really make it a point to go!
