Tampa Printing took my conception and transformed what I thought I wanted into a visual that I did not think possible! Beautiful deep, crisp, sharp colors with life-like photo print that literally "jumps out at you!". I only received it today (by Priority Mail at no cost to me) and the material is MUCH thicker than what the competitors were proposing for more money, even details I did not think about Tampa Printing went that extra mile for me. Examples are the super reinforced seams, they installed brass grommets for me (never even occurred to me I needed them). This is truly a beautiful top notch, quality first business. If you look at my many, many reviews you will see that they are very truthful and "businesses earned" anywhere's from 1-Star to 5-Star (exceptional) service. I tell it like it is. The quote wasn't sent over, so a few days later I went by again. The lady who was helping me originally was there, as was another gentleman. The gentleman seemed a little more knowledgeable and was able to find what I was requesting. I did receive a quote the following day (1/5/18). I called the location on 1/8/18 and requested pricing on just the printing of the return address and unfortunately I am still waiting to receive a response. It seemed as though it was a bother and I suspect I will never receive the quote. It is very sad that some businesses do not pay attention to customer service. I really thought this place would be my go to printer for our business needs, but unfortunately they did not earn my business. I was more successful with an online company who I was able to speak to, who provided me with a proof and an expected delivery of my envelopes next week.
