I'd like to start out by saying I was in search of a new mattress as mine was no longer accommodating me, I was constantly waking up with a sore lower back and it was progressively getting worse. I also discovered that I am allergic to dust mites in the last 6 months, I also use a CPAP machine for my snoring. I began the search and went to 3 different mattress shops, I didn't quite find what I was looking for. Then I came across Bed Pros in Palm Harbor, FL and decided to check them out as well. It was the best decision I made! That is where I met my Fabulous sales person Mike Badeau, I am adding Mike's last name, because there are few Mikes within all their stores. Mike is a floater at the moment, and so blessed that he was floating at the Palm Harbor location. The rest is history, from the moment I walked in to the store to speaking with Mike B. about the different options of mattresses and what my needs were in reference to my allergies, and a hypoallergenic mattress along with an adjustable base due to my snoring issues it went smooth sailing from there. He showed me many options & was never once pushy. I felt like I knew him for years. He's very kind, understanding, listened to my needs & explained the differences thoroughly. I ended up with what I call the perfect mattress that is resistant to dust mites, hypoallergenic, 100% latex queen size mattress. It's the Birchwood Firm latex, 2023 resort, hotel latex collection as well as a queen rise remedy adjustable base. From the beginning of the transaction to the delivery process Mike kept in constant communication via phone calls and text. The delivery and set up process did not take long at all. The delivery guys were Excellent and very thorough. I am extremely pleased with Mike, as well as my new mattress and adjustable base. I've been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and it is so comfortable and the BEST REST that I have had in a long time. My lower back issues of feeling stiff when I get up in the morning are nonexistent. Thank You for making my mattress shopping experience such a Pleasure. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Sales person (who refused to give me his name but was the only employee working at 5:00 pm 4/11/17 and had one of the creeper soul patch beards) was the rudest person I have ever met. Had an attitude from the moment we went in and talked to him. I told him he was being rude and that we were going to go to another mattress place. His response: "F@!k you! Bye." Asked for the guys name and he refused to give it to me. Also why does a large company not have corporate offices or customer service numbers?" Happy to say I went to another mattress store and got excellent service after this horrific nightmare of an experience. I will never shop at bed pros. My husband and I went to bed pros on Park Street in St. Petersburg the store manager is Tony Alfonso, After we looked at several mattresses Tony spoke about certain mattress that we wanted being $7000 however everywhere else that I looked at the exact same mattress it was only 5000 but he said he would give me a special deal for 4700 I told him that my husband and I would come back later I need to think about it and I had a memorial service to attend he said yeah right you don't think I hear that one all the time! My husband said no we really do have a memorial service to go to, Tony then ask my husband if he was full of shit, After Tony didn't like what the response was he got back he asked for $50 to hold the bed in case somebody came in to buy it we said no we would be back after the memorial service to which he sighed and said what am I doing wrong did not get you what you want! I have never been treated in my life so poorly by a sales person I really liked the bed and I was going to go back for it but, I wouldn't buy anything off of this man so I will go to another location to purchase my mattress. I'm not one to complain and I never ever leave reviews but I was so horrified at how this man spoke to me and my husband that I had to leave a review.
