My experience with Texas/Tampa Muscle Movers, in Tampa, was nothing short of perfect for me. (I am copying my review for texas muscle movers because i want it to show here too.) I am very grateful to this company! I had a complicated move from many states away, and the owner stayed in touch with me from the beginning of my plans. When I finally came to Tampa with a truck I had three different stops where all of our unloading had to happen, and in three very different ways. Our two movers- Eliezer and Isaiah - were PERFECT! Energetic, unflagging, gracious, strong, and flexible with our different needs. Everybody was on time for us, and did not do anything but help and make this a great experience. *****Don't Trust them***** I make a deal with this company to help me move for three bedroom house, they request a video of my place which I was able to provide and we made a deal. They come with 24 sq feet U-haul truck it took them 7 hrs for the first trip to load and unload. And they told me they have to come back for a second trip which they where happy to do it. But their boss called them and asked for 500 more. I was disappointed at the company probably I wouldn't trust them again. I refused to pay and they left me, probably I have to rent small van and do it my self. The three employees who helped me out where great though David, Chris and Dj thank you...you did awesome Job.....you guys deserve a better company. read more

Please do not book with this company. They ruined my long distance move. These guys deserve negative stars. Completely uncommunicative and unprofessional. I've never had such a bad experience with ANY BUSINESS IN ANY FIELD as with this company. They left me out to dry - and on a Friday night when I could not have possibly scheduled anyone else. I scheduled a 3:30pm offload for move to Tampa where I am starting graduate school. I'm a small woman and I drove up with my 82 year old grandfather. The workers never came. No one ever reached out to me. Below I've outlined the details. 3:30pm I expected them there. I received no phone call the day before or earlier in the afternoon to confirm or to let me know if any delays. By 4:00 there was no sign of my workers, no phone call. After calling the main office multiple times I finally got a hold of someone.. they said they'd check on the movers and call me back. No one called me back. 4:10pm I call the main office multiple times again. When someone finally answered, they said the workers were at another job still and they'd be at my place in an hour. Workers contact me two minis later and say we're heading your way in 30mins-1hr.( this is the only time I'd received a phone call). 5:30pm no workers no call. I call back the workers. They say they're on the road and they'll be at my place in a half hour. At this point I don't believe anything they're saying, so I ask - a half hour or an hour and a half ? Slight pause. They say actually more like an hour and a half because of traffic . At this point, I have contacted class mates from my new program and my room mate who I had not met in person yet and once we had enough people and they helped move the heavier furniture. Around 5:45pm I tell them not to come. But I don't believe they had any intention of showing up anyway. At 5:45pm. On a Friday. At 7:30pm I was able to finally get everything inside the apartment and my grandpa and I could finally leave and eat. read more

Unfortunately, this was one of the most horrible moving experiences I've ever had. My appointed time was for 8:30am. No show/no call unitl after 4pm. Rescheduled for 9am (sharp) the next day. They didn't show up until 12:15pm. I found out the "Boss Man" (James) was in Cancun and didn't bother to send the movers my order. You know what excuses are like, right?? My only complaint is that at the time the movers were scheduled to arrive (9AM), I instead received a text asking if they could reschedule my move for the afternoon. I told them no, because my family had driven down to help me and were only available that morning. They responded that they would send someone right away. In the end, they were about 75 minutes late, which reduced what short amount of time that day I had family available to help me. However, the movers themselves were ***phenomenal.*** Ariel and Alex were a joy to work with, were careful with my things, were careful not to scratch walls, were incredibly polite... they definitely made what could have been a stressful day as 'fun' as it could be. I would definitely go with this company again. While the delay was an inconvenience, the price was unbeatable. I don't know if delays are common, but if you're looking for a great price and great movers, these are they guys! read more

If I could rate a zero I would. How can I review a service if they don't even show up? I made arrangements 2 weeks in advance, via email with Kay. I changed the original time from 1000 to 0800 per her request. Come the day of the move, my husband and I had everything we needed moved into the living room. 0800 comes and goes, no movers, no truck. Calls to the business go unanswered, no response to emails. I have RA which means I can not move these items. I counted on this business to help me move and now I'm left scrambling to find movers at the last minute, on the day of my move. Thank you. That is GREAT business practice. If there was an issue, or the time needed to be adjusted, communication goes a long way. A phone call, an email, would've sufficed. I'm not an unreasonable person. If you are looking for movers, look elsewhere. I guess I'm old school. If I SAY I'm going to do something, I DO it. I expect the same from a so called business. Call me crazy. read more

This has to be the worst possible moving company ever!!! If I included everything from start to finish this would be to long to read. First, they do not accept MC/Visa or check. They also don't tell you that up front and want you to use Venmo or cash app. Large TV broken, brought no supplies to properly wrap anything. I had to go get all the furniture pads,tape etc. (Over 50) Discussion prior to was that they would come prepared with all supplies. Pads were taped to wood furniture, corners not wrapped, chunks missing out of the bottom corners of armoirs. Armoirs ruined because they were not strong enough and drug the uncovered wood on metal. Carelessness and improper loading cost me thousands of dollars. Money not refunded. Run from this company if you have anything nice or of value that you want moved. read more

The movers were amazing! They were efficient and helpful and we can't say enough good things about our experience using this company. One of our items was accidently left on the truck and they called first thing the next morning to say they had found it, even before we knew it was missing and delivered it before they began their scheduled moves for the day.
