On June 12th, I was on a work Zoom call when I observed a Bull Moving Company truck drive across my lawn to back into my neighbor's driveway. Unable to leave my call immediately, I couldn't assess the damage in real time. When I finally went outside, I discovered large, deep tire ruts throughout my lawn. Due to the heavy rainfall we'd experienced in June, the soil was saturated, and the tire tracks were significant. I also discovered that my sprinkler line had been broken. By this time, the truck had already left. I immediately knocked on my neighbor's door to inform them of the situation, then returned to work. Later that same day, I witnessed the Bull Moving truck return and, once again, drive across my lawn before backing into my neighbor's driveway. This time I was able to speak directly with the driver, who acknowledged what had occurred. I contacted Bull Moving's office and provided all necessary information. They stated they would investigate. After completing their forms and submitting photographs, I was told they had agreed to a repair quote. However, several weeks passed before I received a call--as I was literally walking out my door--informing me that someone would arrive in minutes to fix the sprinkler line. I was given no option to receive a settlement payment and hire my own professionals to complete the repairs properly. Since I was about to leave, I waited for the technician to arrive. When I asked about his qualifications, he admitted he didn't repair sprinklers professionally--he simply worked for the moving company. I had to leave at that point, and upon returning, I found the repair work unsatisfactory. I have spent months attempting to work with Bull Moving Company to simply restore my property to its condition before their truck damaged it. This should not be this difficult or require this level of persistence. They damaged my property, and they have a responsibility to make it right. I'm sharing this experience so others are aware: if you use this company, be mindful that they may not only damage your belongings, but also potentially damage neighboring properties--and their resolution process may fall far short of acceptable. read more

Used Bull Moving a few years ago and I wouldn't use them again. The movers intentionally took their time to the point I had to have them just stack everything in the front room instead of the corresponding room of the house. Quoted one price and, due strictly to the time it took to move a 1br apartment worth of furniture (a couch, bed, 2 dressers, TV, media cabinet), paid significantly over quote. I hired Bull moving after speaking to representatives. I had many choices but chose Bull because they convinced me they would handle the move professionally. It cost $ 160 / hrs. I was giving an estimate of $470 to $790.00 It ended up costing $988. But that is not the problem. When they were loading a small 4 footlocker dresser onto the dolly, they completely snapped off 2 of the 4 legs. I was told on the spot the company had insurance for damage caused by the movers. He called his supervisor and took pictures. I filed the online claim as directed and included the proof of replacement cost, $440.00. I was told it would be completed in 2 weeks. The dresser is now on bricks and caving in. I received an email stating claim is complete and check in the mail. Imagine my surprise when the check arrived for a mire fraction of the cost..$75.00. The letter stated this is based on .60 per pound settlement cost.i called an expressed ny extreme disappointment. The letter that accompanied the check stated that once I cash the check the matter will be final. And I would be 'restricted from writing any negative remarks on any platform or to other entities '. So I did NOT cash the check and here is my review. Who loves packing and unpacking...not me. Bryan messaged me back, almost instantly with all inclusive rates. It was already a clear shot for us that we were going to go with Bull Moving. My only concern, was how long this would take. Once these guys came, they introduced themselves. We walked around and discussed what to take / not take. Malik was very responsive and quick! They were careful w/ our items, and with a newborn, even more careful with his belongings! He gave us a heads up an hour out - that we'd have to make 2 trips. That definitely was NOT apart of my plan. I was nervous for 1- the time. Only because the homes are 25 mins away BUT with traffic..we're looking at 45 or so. 2- the cost in total. Called and gave detailed information on the items to be packed and moved. Was told that there would be 3-4 movers with plenty of wardrobe boxes (with bars). We're scheduled to arrive at 9 AM to begin packing my stuff. Never showed up until 11AM with only 2 movers, 2 rolls of tape, and no wardrobe boxes with bars. Were not prepared to pack delicate items that they had been told about. While moving my expensive pole lamp the shade fell off and smashed into pieces in my driveway. They stuffed a very expensive delicate item into 1 of my laundry baskets with moving blankets because they were unprepared to properly pack and protect it. When they arrived at my new home the next day they were 1 1/2 hours late with only 2 movers again. None of the boxes were labeled. Furniture had major scratches and damage. The delicate item they stuffed into a laundry basket had many broken pieces They did not set up my furniture etc. as I was told they would. They could not find the hardware to put my sectional sofa back together and were about to leave when they finally discovered it on the dashboard of the truck. They brought in my large TV with a cord that did not belong to it. It wasn't until a few days later of unpacking that I located the cord at the bottom of a very large box. Edit: Chris the GM reached out to me today and said "I'm going to charge your card on file for $95" an error caused by the mover due to a simple miscalculation. I am getting frantic texts from the mover saying that Bull is going to deduct it from his pay check. I would've been more understanding had Chris not said he was going to charge me outside of the invoiced amount that was charged at the end of the delivery. Chris has a terrible approach and will cost this location more than the $95 they plan to deduct from the movers. Chris advised "As long as I get my money..." a real good example for the young employees at this location. Good luck to whoever uses this place. Everything went well as far as our move went. These guys are the absolute worst moving company you could hire. They have inexperienced movers who don't even use blankets to wrap fragile items in. They broke, tore, or scratched almost every moving them. The owners and general manager are totally unreachable even times get tougher and a customer wants to talk to them. Returning to the matter at hand: Bull Moving knows exactly who I am because I called his team for my sister-in-law's move in Tampa, Florida. They have my name and number in their system. I have email exchanges with them that I'd be happy to post to prove they know exactly who I am. Jake likes to play a game with many of his customers where when there is a problem he disappears and cannot be reached. His team knows the drill: they respond to any customers with issues with that email address he provided. At no point will Jake ever get on the phone and when you've called his staff enough times in order to get through to him, they'll just simply ignore your calls. The truth of the matter is after I specifically described the requirements of the move, his team showed up the day of the move without any moving boxes (which I had specifically requested) and without moving blankets to protect furniture in transit. I tried to get through to Jaky many times throughout the day but his staff refused to put me in touch with him directly. It wasn't until payment was withheld that all of a sudden maigcally Jake appeared. Yet, he still did not have the guts to get on the phone and discuss the many mistakes his team made. Instead, he used his courageous little fingers to type up a threatening email. Despite having suffered thousands of dollars worth of damage to her belongings and furniture, ultimately my sister-in-law went ahead and paid because she didn't have the time or energy to show Jake what a real legal fight looks like. They were extremely efficient, polite, and ensured our furniture and boxes were moved safely and gently. Part of them going above and beyond was taking our dining room table apart so it would fit through the door - and put it back together. They also made sure to lift furniture and not drag it, as well as asked us where we wanted everything. I hope I don't move again soon, but when I do, I will 100% be using Bull Moving again! Beware! I recently hired Bull Moving to move my 3 br home. I scheduled TWO 26ft trucks and 4 guys. Only 1 truck and 3 guys showed up. The workers were amazing, they stuck it out and worked extremely hard to make up for the missing crew. However, a 7-8 hr move took 14 hours. I had set aside enough cash for 9 hours but because of the astronomical cost of this move due to the lack of the missing truck, I had to use a credit card. The company refused to waive the credit card fees or repair the flooring that was damaged in the process. I also have damage to a $2500 piece of furniture. I paid for the full truck insurance and can't even get a call back from Jake or Brad. I move often, many of the times long distance. I will never hire Bull and recommend future customers to be cautious. Had a great experience with Bull Moving when setting up my appointment. Brad got back to me in a timely manner, answered all my questions and we set up time to get my furniture assembled after a recent move to Tampa. When his team arrived on site though, there was obviously a huge lack of communication. Neither of the two men who came to assemble our furniture knew that's what they were there for. They hadn't been prepped at all. They thought they'd be moving furniture. As such, they were inexperienced with furniture assembly and took WAY too long. It took over 3 hours over the time Brad quoted me for, to the point where I was charged several hundred dollars more than I thought and they left the job unfinished as it was approaching 8pm. Both of them were extremely polite and professional. Unfortunately, I have to give 4 stars because they were scheduled to arrive at 9:00, but I got a call from Brad (manager?) right at 9 to let me know the driver that day called in sick and they'd have another guy at our house around 10:30. No problem, I can understand.... Except then communication between 9am and 1pm when our team FINALLY arrived was spotty at best. Bottom line, we started the move 4 hours late. Luckily we didn't have a huge move and everything from when the guys arrived went great. Brad was very apologetic and gave us a discounted rate to make up for the tardiness. Also, I'm pretty sure Anthony and Anthony were supposed to be off today, but came in to help us out and we are *so* happy with their service. They deserve all the credit for today!! This was my second time using Bull Moving for a local move in Tampa. The best part was that the guys (Sterling and Mike) had great attitudes. There was no stress. They arrived and got to work, moving quickly to get it done as soon as they could. While they were both good, Sterling puts in extra effort. I never once saw him stop to take breaks. He was moving non-stop to get it done! He was the hardest working mover I have ever seen. Overall, they moved my 3-bedroom townhouse in about 4 hours. I paid about $475 plus tip. We got lucky b/c a new guy came by to train, so we had some extra help loading for 30-60 minutes. It probably would've taken closer to 5 hours without the extra help. All my stuff arrived safe and sound! They were quick but also careful. Overall, I am very pleased. Again, I feel like the mover's attitude can make or break a move. We were moving out of our 3500 sq ft home into a 2400 sq ft home across town and Bulls moving came with 2 trucks, 4 men. On time. The supervisor Erwin was so professional as were Larry, Adam, and Sterling, They shrink wrapped and blanketed all of our furniture, took all the furniture down the stairs with great care. It took about 4 hours. They stored our items in there trucks over night, tremendous help! Found his name written down on a paper with the quote after the move. Then Brad tells me he cant do much it was a mistake. Sorry a $300 mistake? because by the time the rookie movers got my items to my other unit IN THE SAME COMPLEX my bill was around $500. I ask to speak with another manager Brad says "he's in out of town and i don't know when he will be back". Sure Brad, sure. Never Again! UPDATE: Since I cannot directly respond to you Jake i'll leave my response to your comment here. Brad credited me and made my bill $330 because it was a crappy situation and his fault. He's an 'experienced' manager, knows I was living in an apartment and didn't think to ask if i lived on the first floor when providing me with an estimate? for your information the movers spent ALL day moving my stuff from about 10am-4pm, not sure what brad put in the computer system but that is in fact what happened. I left my rating because people need to know what they're sining up for! Do NOT hire Bull Movers! WORST move EVER! Hired them to move our two bedroom apartment into a ranch house 11 miles away. The move was scheduled for Noon. They showed up at 4:00! It took them over 7 hours to move a 2-bedroom apartment. The movers told us that Bull regularly sends out a two man crew for a 3-man job and that regularly moves people in the middle of the night! They started unloading our furniture after 10:00pm! They broke our bed frame, destroyed our less than 1-yr old pillow top mattress by folding it and smashing it into the truck, gouged my husband's desk and broke our bird cage wheel completely off. When I asked them how all of this happened, they shrugged their shoulders and said, "We Fu- -ed up, take a picture." They could not fit all of our items into the truck so we had to go back to our apartment to move more large items ourselves. This move was quoted to cost $700. Since it took over 7 hours to complete, we were charged $1338!! They send a small crew and run the clock to screw you out of money! On top of that, you will have badly damaged items and the hassle of fighting with claims to get a penny. The movers who moved us told us that Bull Moving works their people with 2 & 3 moves per day, no lunch break, and trucks that regularly break down. NOT the kind of company you want to trust with items you love and worked hard to have!! BY FAR, the WORST moving experience we have ever had. Yes, a few positive reviews here for Bull Movers (probably by management!), but why take the chance and end up with the same experience we had?! Yes, I received a quote of $700 to move our two bedroom apartment & I was charged almost DOUBLE & BOTH of YOUR movers told us you regularly send a 2-person crew for a 3-person job to run the clock and rip people off!!! I have NO reason to lie and people who read reviews searching for good, honest, hard working moving companies will know, customers look out for each other. I do NOT want this happen to anyone else.
