Obviously she was embarrassed and we were a bit shocked. We were partially dressed but she should have knocked. Add to this -while we were still dressing- she started to clean the room. The lady checking out before me took a while so I was just standing there, exhausted with nowhere to sit. They were too hot for the masseuse the handle but they tried to put them on us anyway. We had to have them remove it on our bill because they were too hot to put them on anybody or anything! They even left burn marks on my back. The spa is also covered in dust, the fish tank is disgustingly filthy, and had a musty smell in the rooms.
