I am a Cosmetologist and after reading the menu the lady did the manicure as stated in the menu. I don't feel that it is a $25 manicure plus tip. I feel it is a $10 to $12 quick clean up without Cuticle remover gently pushing back the cuticles, soaking in warm water, base coat plus top coat and providing a lotion massage up to the elbow. It is a 7min manicure with lotion as an after thought. I felt she asked me too many questions like how much rent I pay and why my sons don't help me more which was odd being a first time customer. You could probably get what I consider an old school "basic manicure" that takes about 25-30 min. at the beauty college. The pedicure was great. Atmosphere was relaxing.

The nail tech cut a gash in my toe nail while removing gel polish with the electric nail file then told me it's because I moved. I jumped because she was cutting me. She was moving really fast, not paying attention, rushing through, wasn't gentle and didn't take her time. She started removing my polish and within 1-2 minutes I had a deep cut with blood. I asked for a bandaid and then left. I had to put antibiotic ointment on it when I got home. I'm never going back. My feet look horrible!

The place was clean, and well decorated. On day 2 after the application of the lashes one fell off. 3rd day the glue became more visible and turned a little flaky, not sure if that is due to excessive glue used. 4th day my eyelids started to be itchy. Although I requested to have a wispy cat eye look but what I was given was a wispy look which Is not the same and you can clearly see it on the photos. I've had a few friends confirm this including another lash tech from a friend of mine. Also, the lashes are way to close to the waterline which is the reason it irritates my eyes. Also, you can see the gaps between the lashes in a few of the pictures. There's supposed to be zero gaps. I will update review as the days go by As of right now I probably won't get them done here and will go to a friend's tech that was highly recommended by others and whose job is only lashes.
