The nail techs were friendly, did a FANTASTIC job with the polish and exceptional massages! Additionally, their pedicure massage chairs gave me a fantastic shiatsu style massage that almost put me to sleep. I highly recommend LA Nail salon. They were efficient, very reasonably priced IMO, and most importantly, gave me a perfect pedicure amd shellac manicure. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely come back. I explained that the machine makes my nails too soft and asked her to stop, but she ignored me and continued. When I asked if she was listening, she responded "no" in English. It felt like she was pretending not to understand me, even though she clearly did. The lack of communication and disregard for my request made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. Strike #2. He tried to cut my natural nail before applying the tip and seemed annoyed when I told him not to. I have long nails and he kept asking if I wanted them cut and when I said no, he said they were too long. I asked if he wasn't used to working on long nails and he said "not that long". Strike #3.
