They quoted $30 for no chip/shellac manicure and $28 for regular polish pedicure. I upgraded the pedicure to the $33 option in order to get a sea salt scrub and massage and it was WORTH IT!!. The nail techs were friendly, did a FANTASTIC job with the polish and exceptional massages! Additionally, their pedicure massage chairs gave me a fantastic shiatsu style massage that almost put me to sleep. I highly recommend LA Nail salon. They were efficient, very reasonably priced IMO, and most importantly, gave me a perfect pedicure amd shellac manicure. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely come back. I plan on recommending this nail salon to my friend who works in the area.

It's like they tell you, you have an appointment to get you here, then make you wait. Not to mention they have no AC and have electrical wires laying out all over the floor. I was offered a drink, I got a frozen margarita. Tim took his time and my feet feel great. For this being my first time it was great. I will be back to see Tom again. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon, and I will not be returning. On August 22nd, I came in for a builder gel fill and a polish change on my toes. Before my appointment, I messaged them on Instagram with the design I wanted and asked if they could do it. They didn't give me a straight answer and basically told me to come in. They did try the design, but the technician kept doing things differently from what I showed him and wasn't listening to what I asked for. He also couldn't put the gems on my finger because he said they didn't fit. I became frustrated and decided to do a solid hot pink color instead. The manager came over, asked what the problem was, grabbed my hand to look at the nail, then dropped my hand and basically said "Okay" and walked away. The solid color was also done poorly. The polish was uneven, with purple swirls/streaks throughout the hot pink as if it hadn't been properly mixed. I still had pink/old polish underneath my nails, and my nails weren't filed or shaped properly. My toe polish wasn't even the same color, you could see through parts of it, and my toes started chipping almost immediately after I got home. I left unhappy and posted a review, but then called the salon because I wanted to give them a chance to fix the problems. I returned August 23rd expecting the mistakes from the previous day to be corrected. Instead, after they started working on my nails, someone brought me a receipt for $95. I had already paid $87 the day before for my builder gel fill and polish change, so I questioned why I was being charged for another fill. They spoke with the manager and lowered it to $70, then offered $25 off, meaning I would still have to pay $50. I explained that I work in a hospital and live paycheck to paycheck. I had already separated and budgeted the money I had for my nails and simply did not have another $50 to pay to correct work I had already paid for the day before. They then offered to do a different design for free. At that point, it wasn't about the design anymore. It was about the principle, the quality of the work, the additional charges, and how the situation was handled. The manager initially spoke with me while my toes were being done, but once I moved to the nail technician's desk and another technician came over with the receipt, she stopped speaking with me directly and sent someone else to handle the situation. One newer technician was very kind and apologetic and said she would speak with them about it. I appreciated her kindness, but unfortunately, that didn't change the overall experience. I left extremely upset and crying in my car because I work hard for my money and had already spent $87 the day before on services I wasn't happy with. I should not have to spend another $95, $70, or even $50 to correct mistakes from the original service. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the service I had already paid for to be done correctly and for the salon to stand behind its work. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. The quality of the service, communication, pricing, and customer service were extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend confirming the pricing and making sure the salon can actually provide the design/service you want before paying. Update 08/24/2026 I just went back on the 23rd to get this fixed my toes are chipping and yes it's regular polish, but no polish should chip like this. It's only been a day and I'm not active and I wear sandals all the time. And it is already chipping I think this can tell yall do not come here. The work here is absolutely terrible!

The salon is clean, welcoming, and I've always been happy with the service. During this visit, since Andy and Taylor weren't available, I was assigned to Kuku. Unfortunately, my experience with him was very different. From the beginning of the appointment, he was extremely rough and aggressive while working on my nails, which made the service uncomfortable. When I politely asked if he could fix one of my nails because it wasn't the shape I wanted, he did make the correction, but afterward he became even more aggressive with my nails and his attitude felt passive-aggressive for the rest of the appointment. I wasn't argumentative or disrespectful--I simply made a reasonable request to have one nail corrected. While I appreciate that he fixed it, I don't think a customer should feel uncomfortable for asking for an adjustment. This experience won't stop me from coming back because I've had many positive visits here, and I still highly recommend the salon overall. However, I do think Kuku could improve his customer service and be gentler when working on clients' nails. A professional attitude and careful service make a big difference in the overall experience.

When I asked for another coat to fix it, the technician became upset and told me I had "ruined" the nails. There are also hairs trapped in the polish. The design does not match the inspiration photo I showed. The flowers I requested were not done, and the dots for the ladybug design appeared were applied with an INK PEN (office stationary) dipped in polish. On top of that, the workstation was extremely dirty and did not appear sanitary. For $140, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, cleanliness, and quality.
