I just moved to the area and got a pedicure twice at this location. The first time was amazing. I came back again for a pedicure and it was a major disappointment. The nail tech cut a gash in my toe nail while removing gel polish with the electric nail file then told me it's because I moved. I jumped because she was cutting me. She was moving really fast, not paying attention, rushing through, wasn't gentle and didn't take her time. She started removing my polish and within 1-2 minutes I had a deep cut with blood. I asked for a bandaid and then left. I had to put antibiotic ointment on it when I got home. I'm never going back. My feet look horrible! read more

The quality of my nails and nail art is very good. The last two sets I've had done here (Acrylics) were beautiful and fairly priced for the current economy. However, I will never go back after today. I wanted a specific length and design and was fought back on it by the man doing my nails. I asked multiple times, said please, and really tried to stand my ground on what I wanted. He said 'Believe me, it won't look good'. I was asking for nothing they didn't have or a color they didn't have, he just personally did not like it. He made a mistake on two of my nails, and then at the end of the service I was charged 70$ for a 'fill'. That is more than some full sets of acrylics I've had done. I was talked over and walked over, I believe due to my age and gender, by this older man working at this nail spa. I will not be going back. I still left an average tip, and maybe it was an off day, but I shouldn't be begging the person doing my nails to paint them the way I want. read more

Very mixed feelings about this place. I asked for an almond shaped tip and he made them way more pointy than I anticipated (more like stiletto style) but he did do a great job on the nails. Of course they always try to upsell you, which I'm used to at this point. However, I didn't want the dip. All was good until he charged me an extra $5 to shape my nails! I have never been charged extra for them filing my nails, which seems ridiculous, as it's part of the manicure. read more

I hate to write negative reviews, and I hope this is simply a one-time experience, but unfortunately I am not impressed with the experience I had here. My friend and I came in and were not attended to for a long time, and were never shown where to find polish colors, etc. it was left up to another customer to do so. Then when I got my gel manicure done, the UV nail dryer kept turning on and off after a few seconds (and beeping while doing so) and the girl doing my nails paid no attention to this and didn't do anything about it. Because of this, I think it botched the gel job. My nail polish started chipping and falling off less than two days later, when it typically sticks around for 3-4 weeks with gel polish. It was very frustrating for pay $40 for gel polish that lasted less than a week. read more

Called and made appts for my niece and I to get 2 spa pedicures. They did mine but then skipped her and took other clients that came later than we did. When asked, staff just said another lady will do her pedicure but the other lady never showed up. Very disappointed and the young man that did my pedicure was rude, talking about our ages and an obvious disability I have. Pattra and Liam are an amazing duo! I love everything about my nails and experience today! Pattra was so sweet and fun, and ensured my pedicure was exactly what I wanted. She shaped my nails so nice, and the leg massage was perfect. She was amazing! Liam did my manicure and he is a pro! They took a chunk of my eyebrow off when I got them waxed. The wax was way too hot and she was in such a rush that when she ripped the wax off it caused me to bleed which never happens. Never getting my eyebrows waxed here but love when they do my nails. read more

I went in and Tam originally did my set. He was great and my nails came out perfect. The second time I came in, a lady with shorter hair did my fill ins. She was very rough. She used the nail dremmel so hard I yanked my hand back and there was a red burn on the nail of my middle finger. Fast forward to a week after, the burn mark cleared but that same nail ended up breaking so I went in and unfortunately she was the only one doing nails that early. I took my chances thinking maybe she had a bad day first time around. She didn't soak the remainder acrylic off. She literally just ripped it off. Replaced it crooked, and refused to trim it straight. I asked twice. The lady is rude and seems angry. Both visits with her she was rough, sloppy and rushed the job. Went here for the 1st & last time. today. I had my nails done, dip, 1 color. The overall time was an hour, which is pretty standard. Tech did 4 layers of dip powder. This made my nails thick. She drilled them down but they're lumpy & too thick at the nail bed. The tips of my nails are rough. The shape is supposed to be square with slightly rounded edges. What I've got is square, oval, one side oval. They're a mess. UGH! I don't recommend this place. read more

If you have ingrown toenails, let this be a warning. Do not go anywhere near this place. This is the third time that they cut my skin and I have gotten an infection. There is a lot of pain for the first 24 hours or so after they gouged my skin this time. I have to put Neosporin on continually. I guess I kept figuring it wouldn't happen again, but I was very wrong. I have had the ingrown toenails clipped out many times at other salons without having had my skin cut. Looking for a nail salon closer to home so I tried this place tonight and wasn't impressed at all. Came in for a pedicure, saw the lady across from me with fresh orange slices so I read the pedicure options and figure it's the #5 so I go with that. The tech I got was not friendly at all, didn't speak, had headphones in so didn't acknowledge me when I was asking him questions. So when he does my pedi I don't get any orange slices and the products he used were lavender scented so I figured he thought I said # 4 and I just go with it. When I go to pay they tell me the pedicure was $55 so I'm a little confused so I ask them if I received the #5 and they say yes. I then stated that I didn't have the oranges like the lady across from me did. They proceeded to tell me that the fresh orange slices are the #4, not the #5. They lashes were in clusters instead of individual, but I guess that's understandable since they're so cheap and seamed to come in one size/ length fits all. When told something was not to my liking, I felt judged and that the employees were talking badly about me after pointing out their mistakes. When my male friend asked to get his nails painted, homophobic slurs along with other unprofessional words were heard being said in the back room.
