I eventually made it to the manicure where the technician again rushed through and gave me the ugliest shellac job I've ever seen. I had nail polish all over the sides of my fingers and cuticles. I was unhappy but paid and went on my way, just thankful to be out of there after almost 3 hours. By the next morning, 4 of the acrylic nails had already popped off or broken. I went back the next morning and the owner fixed them for free. He was much nicer and not obnoxious when he was alone. Despite that, the nails he "fixed" popped off again within 24 hours. The young man did a terrible job on my nails. He did not understand what oval means, so he filed one side rounded and left the other side square. I finally had to take the file from his hands and shape them myself. He only put the polish (dip) on the center of the nail so there are ridges on the edge where the nail is uncovered. I was so disgusted I didn't stay for a pedicure. Such a shame. Friends that used to use this shop have had the same experience. None of them speak English well enough to communicate, which may be part of the problem, but I've had enough!
