Never disappoints. This is my 4th visit to this shop and I can't say anything negative. I work in this town often and when I am, I always come here. For anyone new, definitely make an appointment. It just makes it easier for them and yourself. They are always busy when I go. My go to nail tech is Chole. She does amazing nail art. Not only her but the rest of the staff as well. If your hesitant like I was they share their other nail techs work on social media on Instagram @tamstudio2022. Prices are fair and reasonable too in my opinion.

Secondly, I got one of the best pedicures I've ever had there a few weeks ago. Yet the girl next to me would be getting super cute designs. Check their IG and FB they do amazing designs, so why can't I have that?! One of the last times I went in Chole did a really bad job on a Halloween design I wanted. To the point where I asked her to remove it and I'd get glitter orange nails. Those are the ones pictured. She's passed me off to another tech and she was going to leave loose glitter on my nails with NO top coat!! They'd argued with me that it's suppose to be like that. I was going to leave and top coat myself, but my nails were like sandpaper and I couldn't even stick them in my pocket without the glitter sticking to the fabric. When I showed her I couldn't put my hand in my pocket she was willing to top coat it. It shouldn't have taken that to get them top coated! Now today they texted to cancel my appointment and then lied about there being no available appointments. The online booking system showed he had plenty of appointments this evening. They just don't want to do my nails because they think I'm picky and sensitive. Again I don't know why I can't get the level of nails they post all over their social media pages?! Asking for them makes me picky?

I absolutely LOVE this place! I always request Jeana and she always does a phenomenal job with any nail design that I bring to her! I am always so impressed at her artistic talent! I can always tell she takes the time to do a great job and doesn't just rush through like so many other nail salons do! I will always recommend her and this salon to anybody that I know!

The lady that did mine rushed, and they look really bad. She didn't listen to what I asked for. The inside of the shop was calming. One of the nails broke in half within 5 minutes of me leaving. Chloe did them. They came off within 13 days.

I normally don't go to nail salons I go to a private tech. Well my nail tech had been fully booked for my birthday. I went to tams thinking it's been so long I hope they do good on my nails. Did they ever for one I got beautiful nails that were spot on to what I wanted. Got them on the 23rd of August they still are on and it's the 20th of September. I'm certainly going back. read more

I was very happy with the services I received for my granddaughter & myself! I highly recommend Lily and Vanilla for any services you need! Place was clean and crisp and not all crowded & dingy looking. All the techs were talking to their clients. It was very refreshing! read more

Yall trust me on this, if I could this place 100 stars I would. Tonight was my first time trying out Tam's studio. I have tried so many nail places in Longview but this place is top notch. They have such a GREAT AND AWESOME ATMOSPHERE. The people here are so friendly, kind, and beyond awesome. My nail tech was MIA and she did such a wonderful job. She went above and beyond and checked all of the checkmarks on my list of how I wanted to get my nails done, what I like and don't like and she is great at communicating and asking questions, because at the end of the day she really cares that you are happy with your results. First nail salon in east texas I went to and the only one I will ever go to! Tam and Chloe are amazing I haven't had the opportunity to work with anyone else yet but they all seem so so sweet! I have had more than a few sets of acrylics put on by Chloe, all I LOVED! I didn't get a pic of the most recent set but they were so cute! I told her do whatever you want and she DID THAT! They were black with a rainbow Smokey effect! Again so cute wish I had a picture before I soaked them off! They don't burn you when they file your nails with the drill, they take their time but are efficient and fast. I know it sounds like an oxymoron but it's true they are quick never taken more that 45 min for a full set of detailed acrylics. They even gave me a coupon for my birthday to redeem on my next appointment they really are the best I don't think I've gone to a salon in my life that did that for me! When you talk with them they really listen and care. You can tell when you walk in the salon is very clean and sanitary! Which is a big thing for me! I'm happy to watch their business grow! read more

My dad and I setup an appointment online for a pedicure the same day and it was super easy. We walked in and waited less than 5 minutes to be seated and get started on us. Everyone was super nice and the pedicures were great. Prices were comparable to other in the area. We will definitely be back. read more

Just tried this nail salon for the first time and it was great. Lily did a terrific job on my pedicure...made me feel relaxed and I enjoyed her massage. Only downside was that I didn't get taken back for 20 minutes after my appointment. Hoping that is not a regular problem. Other than that, I was happy and will be back. read more

I got a younger girl who did my pedicure. She was rough on the cuticle. The main reason I don't get a regular pedi is so that my callus can be taken care of. When she scraped my feet, and when she used the pumice stone , not once did she touch the callus. I took my nail and scraped it, and a lot of dead skin came off under my nail. Disappointed. Won't be back unless my tech is available. Now I have to go home and tend to my own feet at the bottom. On the brighter side, she gives a good thorough foot massage. Update: went again to the tech I said I would go back to. She was more talkative, and she offered me wine - so they DO have it. The sangria is better. I had an even more pleasant experience than the first time, and I will be back to this same tech in two weeks! First impression : I am new to the area, so I had to Yelp the best nail salon. After my research, i saw that this was the best of the best that Longview had to offer- and they have certificates to prove it. They wear name tags. This is a first for me. Just had to mention. It's a nice place. It looks smaller than it is, but it's larger in the back where you get pedicures. The color selection isn't as big as I have seen in the past, but it will do (they may have more colors elsewhere). Got here on a Monday at around 7:20. They close at 8. I looked at the menu And was found to go for the basic pedicure for $28, but wasn't sure if it came with a callous removal, so I got the $38 pedicure. Nancy was my tech. From what I could gather, she doesn't speak very good English, but it all worked out okay. This pedi came with oranges that she placed on the tops of my feet and later scrubbed my toes with (that was different). After fixing my cuticles she scrubbed my feet. The pumice stone was very small. Sanitary- because they throw those away I'm assuming, but very trial sized. It seems as if I didn't get the full scrubbing I needed - well that my feet needed. She used the larger scraper on areas of my feet (I'm used to the whole foot getting scraped)- later she placed them in the paraffin wax. This treatment came with hot rock massage and a towel wrap (Towels weren't hot). An oil massage followed by a moisturizer massage (she had a two sided dish. One side with an oil (room temp) and one side with moisturizer. All the while my feet were in the paraffin. The massage she gave my foot after she put the moisturizer on was so good!!! My goodness. They Use torn paper towel to separate toes. I didn't get paper sandals- maybe because it was closing time. They put my sandals back on - something I wanted anyway. Con: small pumice stone -which could be a plus for some)NO WINE with pedicure. I'm so used to that! She did offer me water, coke or doctor pepper. Drying the feet: this is just a personal issue for me. She didn't know, otherwise she wouldn't have done it. She took the towel and she "scissored" in between each toe with the towel. It wasn't a constant sawing motion, but my toes are very sensitive- especially Mrs. Pinky. She could tell I was uncomfortable and apologized. Pros: everything else. Nancy was nice. I made an appointment and then they tried to put me with a girl that I had never seen before. They told me the girl I had an appointment with was busy. The man. that takes the appointments has no regard for the customer. He just wants to get you in the door. Don't waste your time.

Thank you Chloe for your amazing talent and kindness! Cleanest, friendliest, and genuinely kindest salon I have been to in 17 moves around the country. We are finally settled after a long military career and back home in Texas for good this time! Finding a nail salon is always a struggle but these guys knock it out of the park! Beautiful talent and know exactly what you want with minimal need for explanation. I train horses and my nails looked amazing after two weeks of working on the farm and training. They look natural and elegant! I will always be back! Always!! I also bring my service dog Milo with me and they make him feel right at home and I'm ever so grateful for that! Huge thanks you guys! I have been going to Tams for a while, & Jeana has been doing my nails, she is the best ever, I have came in for some pretty hard designs and she "nails" it every time. I will forever continue to go to Tams and to Jeana. read more
