I specifically prefer supporting small, independently owned tanning salons over the big chains like Palm Beach, and I was hopeful I had finally found a hidden gem. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I was hoping for. From the moment I walked in, the service felt cold and dismissive. I purchased a single session with the intention of exploring a membership, and was simply told "it's $14", no introduction to the bed besides letting me know I may not see as much color, no walk through, nothing. I had to ask questions about which beds were mainly UVA and UVB and felt like I was bothering her. To top it off, there was lotion on the wall in the room I went into, which is a pretty basic cleaning standard that shouldn't be overlooked. When I finished my session and asked about membership options, I was told "it's on our website." That's it. I understand that information lives online these days, but a simple brochure with pricing or friendly conversation goes a long way. Referring a potential new member to a website instead of taking 60 seconds to engage with them is not good customer service...and I say that as someone who managed a tanning salon for five years. I know what the standard looks like, and this wasn't it. Wasted time and money. It's genuinely disappointing because I want to support businesses like this one and my mother in law was even going to come back with me so we could both get memberships, but I probably won't be returning unless they improve customer service. I was looking forward to buying a one time session, lotion, and monthly membership and instead left the salon feeling like I was potentially being profiled or wasn't a client they wanted.

The lady working there was very nice & showed me around & got me all set up. (I did not catch her name) I was here 1-7-2026 around noon. I noticed the facility seemed decorated very nice & the atmosphere was good. I would definitely recommend a good cleaning though. I was in room 1 & the ceiling fan was absolutely disgusting with tons of dust caked on it. I am sure it is just an over sight, but wanted to let you know.

All of that goes a really long way making me want to come back and never need to look for another location, of course. She checks to make sure I want any of the add-ons I've had before which I do every time, and I also have started getting the mitt for applying the primer every time. She's the only employee I saw today and the salon was in perfect shape. All the rooms were clean and ready to go. She did not ask me to make a review by the way, but even if she had, I wouldn't have minded and have been would've been happy to do so. Sometimes employees at certain businesses will tell you they have some kind of competition going on or just ask if you would give a good review if you're happy with them. Okay so this is my first negative review of anything ever. Not really the type to complain but…read moregeeze has this place been an expierence. ****DISCLAIMER*** The staff and customer service people are amazing! *chefs kiss*. They are honestly the reason I still go here after 6 months. All of the front desk people have gone above and beyond to help me with stuff and are so nice about all of the issues it's just out of their hands. So I won't list every single time I've had a bad expierence because it's slightly embarrassing that I still give them almost $100 a month. First thing I'll mention but not the first thing that happened. I went into their versa spray and it dropped down and missed my calves and shins and super sprayed my feet two days before a wedding. Then I started going to their other location (Anderson Mill)where I was told about the great infrared spa booth that I was stuck in for 30 mins where the super sweet employee tried to yell instructions thru the door as I laid there naked. Never tried a spa thing again even tho I pay for it. So I go back to this location where the booth is "fixed", this time it skips my face and blasts my arms and chest which was a super cute look for my UNCLES FUNERAL. At this point I call customer service which leads you to very nice helpful people that have no power to do anything but pass your info to the owners. Never heard from them this time. To be honest I don't even remember the multiple things that built up after that (I know I had a few more bad spray tans)that finally led to someone texting me and offering me a free spray tan. After I replied that I pay for unlimited spray tans I never heard back about how they were fixing this problem or anything else. Tonight I went in for a spray tan and took some photos (that I did show to the front desk employee even tho it's not like they have lazy employees it's years of not caring). It's pretty rough. For a service I have spent about $600 for at this point I just wanted to make sure no one does the same. For now I'm still going here, I'm hoping that maybe this post will cause someone on their end to do something because this place has a TON of potential. Great lay down beds for the most part. An amazing staff. But geeeeeze am I frustrated this is my main option here in Cedar Park. On the off chance this review actually has any impact I will update if things are fixed because once again I would love if this place didn't suck this bad.
