Terrible customer service!! I requested to cancel the membership and the staff informed me that I had to send an email to cancel; however, they provided me the wrong email and it never got cancelled. I was told that the correct email was provided in my contract. I never imagined I'd have to check my contract for the correct email. Let me preface this review to say that the beds and facilities are clean and the staff is friendly for the most part. This review is for Abby. Worst customer service experience I've had in a place of business in a long time. I went in for my usual spray tan and to give my 30 day notice of cancellation as I've moved and this location is no longer convenient for me. Upon cancelling, they charge you a $16.50 cancellation fee. My question was "will I be able to use the spray tan through the 7th of October with this additional fee?" Is it like a proration? The answer was no. "It's a charge so that you aren't charged again October 1st. Unless you cancel exactly 30 days in advance, you'll be charged this additional amount." I've been frequenting tanning establishments for years. Generally, they all want a 30 day notice of cancellation, but prorate your charges. Different companies have different rules and all make you sign lengthy contracts. To each their own. This is not the reason for the review. Abby calls me, as I asked for someone to contact me because the employee "didn't understand it either" and I wanted clarification. Abby reiterated the fee and then proceeds to tell me that "I signed a contract, that there are signs all over and that "I must not be able to read!" WOW. She proceeds to tell me that I am an "entitled c-word" (I won't post that here, but you know), that I cussed out her rep and that I am banned. After the initial shock, I said a few choice words of my own. This isn't about the $16.50. It's about professionalism and integrity. I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I did not cuss her employee out. Customers have questions. This was a legitimate question. Instead of explaining or offering a solution of " to avoid this, we could set your cancelation day to 11/1, or anything similar, she resorted to name calling, banning and lying. I'm still upset by the way I was treated. She also refused to refund the charges and thinks that it is "funny" that I've paid for the full month, the extra fee AND unable to use the service. During the winter months I've started to utilize this facility to keep my tone going from the warm sun months so I don't burn on those winter vacations. As a "rookie" to tanning the staff has been nothing but spectacular about explaining any questions I have and getting me on the right plan to fit my needs with what I'm looking for with tanning. The facility is very clean, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I'll continue to go here during the winter months. read more

I have been getting spray tans here & it was the first place I ever went where someone does the spray tan for you vs getting in a booth - the owner / all the girls that work here & have given me one in the times I have come have made me feel so comfortable & really create a safe space - plus my spray tans always look the best when I come here! read more

Everyone here is really nice and helpful, especially the manager (?) short, tan brunette who's really sweet. The only reason I knocked a star is because the rooms only come with a small plastic stool to put your clothes on to which I often have to place my clothes on the floor. A bench makes more sense. Compared to other tanning salons this one isn't the "nicest" of them all.. However, I will continue being a happy customer because the prices are reasonable, towels are soft/clean, beds are always available and it's a very quick and easy in and out! read more

The only reason I can even give two stars is because Abi was so sweet and helpful in explaining how the spray tan worked. Our fist time in, Abi was very helpful in telling us about the product and how it worked. The other girl, that took our money and information, never smiled or made eye contact. Visit one, after check in the same no smile girl simply pointed down the hall and said it's ready. We had never been there and didn't know how it worked or where it was. Visit 2, new girl, same poor customer service. This time the Versa room had not been cleaned. Wet, crumpled towels on the floor, no clean towels to wipe hands or feet with and the primer step has been removed. I went right after my daughter and they didn't clean the room or change the towels. $25 for a filthy room with no instructions and 1 pass of tan solution. Go somewhere else. read more

Who knew you could be a certified tanning consult at age 16? Really? Very expensive packages and almost worthless coupons. I will give excellent ratings for the cleanliness of the store and beds. Save your money and hit the backyard or invest in a self tanner. read more

Horrible place to go tanning. I've been to several places and this is the most expensive and I had the worst service. I should have known by walking in on a Saturday afternoon and no one was around or in the tanning rooms. In order to tan here you have to join the "tan spot club" which is $40 and then the level one beds are $40. (Which are the cheapest) They don't give any discounts. The rooms that the beds are in are dirty. no chairs to sit on while your undressing or anywhere to set your stuff down on but the floor. They do have good beds, I will say! But your gonna have to pay a leg and a arm for it. read more

I do not tan regularly, but I do just before our tropical vacations in order to get a base tan and prevent burning on the trip. I used an internet coupon for two weeks unlimited. Great value. I like the size of the bed included in that particular package. They have body fans that you can adjust, and a facial tanner that can be turned down. I don't prefer to tan my face, so I like that feature. I also put a towel over my face. The room has moist towelettes, a towel, a stool, a shelf, a full length mirror and hangars on the back of the door. One of my favorite things is having enough time to undress and put my lotion on before the bed turns on! I bought a wrap there for my last vacation. The price was good and I got many compliments from strangers on it during my trip! read more

Nice clean place to tan and very nice employees. I purchased the wrong package and the owner let me change my package even after I had used one of my tans - thank you. Now on to what you are paying for: the tanning beds are great. I see results quickly which allows me not to have to go there as often which is great for busy people! Thumbs up for me! I bought a tanning package before Covid for a monthly unlimited tan. I used 9 in the first two weeks before they were shut down. When things opened back up I called multiple times to get the package put on hold and was told that I would have to speak to the owner. I was not yet comfortable going back in there. Finally one of the girls told me to try and email her since I had no luck getting a hold of her by phone. I emailed her and she told me that she converted my package from a month to a 10 tan package and I had one tan left. I told her how I did not believe that was fair considering I had used 9 tans in two weeks at the beginning of my package and I should have over two weeks left. She told me that she did not have time to email me and then I could call her if I didn't understand. I had already tried to call her three times with no response in the beginning. I didn't appreciate it and I will not be going back in there. I understand that everything is hard because of Covid but that was just not right. read more

I never asked for anyone to be terminated. I asked to go for 15 minutes on the second day because that's what I thought I was supposed to do. Your employee did not correct me nor did she EVER tell me not to go 2 days in a row. You brag about you surveillance tape, but if you showed the first day I went in there it would back up my story, that she was unfriendly and did not give very good instructions. She actually wanted to start me on a level 3. I'm the one that said level 2 because I didn't want to burn. I called you the second time to see if I could get a longer extension because my burn needed more time to heal. Before I could even ask, you said you watched the second day surveillance tape and basically said everything was my fault. I only said I wanted to go for 15 minutes today. At no time did your employee say I shouldn't go that long or that I should have skipped a day. Please stop lying about what your surveillance tapes show. I would love to watch them with the public so they can see I'm telling the truth, as I sit here with my whole body pealing from the burn read more

There are multiple VERY LARGE dead cockroaches in the spray tan room! When I complained about it at the front desk, I was told the owner has been told about it multiple times and does nothing about it!!! DISGUSTING!!! read more
