Worst customer service experience I've had in a place of business in a long time. I went in for my usual spray tan and to give my 30 day notice of cancellation as I've moved and this location is no longer convenient for me. Upon cancelling, they charge you a $16.50 cancellation fee. My question was "will I be able to use the spray tan through the 7th of October with this additional fee?" Is it like a proration? The answer was no. "It's a charge so that you aren't charged again October 1st. Unless you cancel exactly 30 days in advance, you'll be charged this additional amount." I've been frequenting tanning establishments for years. Generally, they all want a 30 day notice of cancellation, but prorate your charges. Different companies have different rules and all make you sign lengthy contracts. To each their own. This is not the reason for the review. Abby calls me, as I asked for someone to contact me because the employee "didn't understand it either" and I wanted clarification. Abby reiterated the fee and then proceeds to tell me that "I signed a contract, that there are signs all over and that "I must not be able to read!" WOW. She proceeds to tell me that I am an "entitled c-word" (I won't post that here, but you know), that I cussed out her rep and that I am banned. After the initial shock, I said a few choice words of my own. This isn't about the $16.50. It's about professionalism and integrity. I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I did not cuss her employee out. Customers have questions. This was a legitimate question. Instead of explaining or offering a solution of " to avoid this, we could set your cancelation day to 11/1, or anything similar, she resorted to name calling, banning and lying. I'm still upset by the way I was treated. She also refused to refund the charges and thinks that it is "funny" that I've paid for the full month, the extra fee AND unable to use the service. They were even giving out for samples at the time so it was such a welcoming experience. I will say the spray tan did not get the side of me, I did compare it to other tanning salons and this one does not have you stand in different positions, just front and back, not side shifting. It did last around a week and a half so that was nice! I did also purchase a sunbed level 3 I believe package (monthly 50$) and I thought that was an okay deal compared to others!

I went in and got the supreme that gives you the prep spray I got the darkest option for actual tan and then the hydrating spray after. I got NO color from the first spray tan, so 2 days later I went back and got a clear spray. I got color this time BUT it was the most awkward tan ever. Parts of my hands but not my whole hand was tab, the top of my arms were tan but the underneath were not, parts of my legs got color but patchy and not even as dark as I was expecting. All in all the staff and the facility are amazing , the beds they offer were nice but I would NEVER spray here .

Edit to respond to owner: not bashing, stating a fact. This was my experience unfortunately and I won't be bullied into silence either. Whomever was assisting that day was very rude and probably should not work in customer service. I got an attitude filled "obviously" answer to a question I had (which in the service industry this is an absolute no no, as the customer does not know how you run your establishment), I also got cut off mid sentence whilst trying to explain something to her. As for the pricing, I'd understand the cost it if were top of the line beds but they aren't. As for the knowledge aspect of it, these were pretty basic questions (does your bed have a face tanner) so I don't know really how to help you on that one. Perhaps next time instead of assuming I "bashed" you'd enquire as to what/why I had said experience and express genuine regret. Just a thought. Take care.

Half my fault. Purchased a Groupon to try out the versa spray tan. Went OK. So I purchased another…read moreso I could tan two days before my vacation. Groupon will let you purchase 3 total spray tans. HD Tan will only let you use a Groupon every 6 months. I drove 26 minutes to use this Groupon and the teenager only said yeah I don't know why Groupon will let you purchase more than one. The Versa is not worth $47 out of pocket. So I left annoyed. It would be a courtesy to let customers know that you can only purchase 1 tan every 6 months.

It was easy to make an appointment and when I arrived she gave me a quick chat about how it works and gave me a binder to read through with some of the health benefits of infrared sauna. I found the experience (30 minutes) very relaxing. They give you a terry cloth wrap to wear in the sauna and there are towels for afterwards. The sauna is in a little room of its own that locks. I found the staff pleasant and the whole place nice and clean.
