She was super flexible with scheduling and while offered a referral for people that transport puppies, I wanted to come fly to get her myself. One week later and Ruby was all mine!! Andrea met me at the airport and had everything ready for me to take Ruby home. Easy peasy. Bonus: Ruby is puppy pad trained so it made the transition to having a dog in the house again so much easier than I was expecting! I am so glad I was able to get a puppy from Imperial Shih Tzu Momma and I already know that our next pup will be from her as well!

He's the love of my life and I don't regret him at all. However the condition he was given to me was so unacceptable. Poor Kenzo at just 8 weeks old was infested with Ticks, had an eye infection in his left eye and giardia. I was told I would get reimbursed for all of those medical bills that I had to pay right up front after purchasing a "healthy" puppy from Timeless but instead Karen eventually just stopped responding to me. Well now fast forward almost 6 years and he has been diagnosed with primary glaucoma (this form is hereditary) it's been a horrible diagnosis. There's no cure, it's extremely painful for them and eventually they go completely blind in both eyes. Please rethink on where you're getting your puppy from. Our sweet boy is now suffering everyday from this horrible eye disease that has no positive outcome and will leave him fully blind in just a couple years or possibly even shorter.
