She handled our dogs with so much care and confidence and adapted perfectly to each of their special needs without ever making anything feel rushed or difficult. The grooming itself was flawless. All of them came back fluffy, silky, clean, and honestly the happiest I've seen them after grooming in years! Beyond the grooming she also gave us genuinely helpful insight on maintenance care and specific things she noticed with each dog, almost like a personalized care report for every one of them including what to watch for and how to stay ahead of common issues...like are you kidding!!? Still, I've also had a few experiences where my dogs suffered from an excruciating and sad death because of the genetic disposition of hip dysplasia and degenerative myelopathy, and she screens explicitly for that. I've had my dog for over eight years now, and he's very healthy. He's competed in sheep herding, and he's been a great dog.

I also appreciated the text reminder of our appointment. They arrived on time and were great with our dog. She had a lot of undercoat fluff stuck in her coat and over grown nails after taking a bit of a back seat while some of her animal siblings were sick over the last two years and it just seems like as she ages she is matting more and not shedding her fur as easily. Our girl came out of their trailer smelling and looking good, and looked a lot thinner with all the extra fluff removed. Jade also made sure we knew about a broken nail and a foxtail that we hadn't realized was there :( I feel terrible we missed it but I'm so thankful she let us know! Our pup seemed happy and so are we! I'll definitely be setting up a recurring service for our old lady.

The vet called me explained everything she was considering and waited for my OK which I promptly gave because it's what I thought would happen to begin with. I did have an option to go over pricing prior to any procedures being done however I said "do what needs to be done" and she ballparked the price for me which actually was very accurate. I can tell you that the price was pretty close to what it would've been at my previous Vet, and probably the same or slightly cheaper than the Vet that I currently have. I feel like the poor reviews this place has gotten is based on people with unrealistic expectations. The emergency services here operate just like they would at a human emergency room. Unstable patients take precedent over stable patients. My cat received excellent care and I would not hesitate to use their services again.
