We were immediately greeted by a nice lady who knew exactly what I described to her since it wasn't on the floor and promptly assisted me by grabbing a black double pistol case - that also holds 6 mags - from the back. I have already ironed on a bunch of my patches I had been storing for years. Love it - especially for the price: $43.30 including tax. It's sturdy and has been easy to use during several trips to the range this far. Thanks also to this employee for directing my daughters to the clean restroom. Last week, I took a pair of boots in again to get the same thing done. A miscommunication led to them removing half of a good sole to put on the rubber half-sole. The workmanship was far better this time, but not what I had asked for. I took them back the next day and addressed the issue. They made it right. You can't ask more than that. I left a second pair with them to have a new heel cap installed. They have earned my business.

I was picking up some shirts my employer had ordered and I was warned that it had been a nightmare to get them ordered and to prepare for the worst. I was pleasantly surprised when it was a quick and easy pick up! Once we pulled the shirts from be bag we quickly just tore tags off and hung them up. When it was time to use the shirt we noticed that a white one had brown stains all over it (looked like dirt). I tried washing it with stain remover to no avail. I called the store and they said to bring it in. When I did they proceeded to politely argue with me about whether the stains were present when we picked the shirts up. To their credit, they do check each shirt for size and color before they put them all in the bag so I understand that it seems unlikely that a white shirt would leave the store with unnoticed stains. But it happened. The conversations were awkward because I was trying to explain that I knew for a fact the shirts had not been worn and that I was not the buyer anyways. I noticed tones of annoyance in their voices which made me uncomfortable. Eventually they brought the shirt back to me with a "pretreatment" that smelled so much of sharpie that I had to drive back with the windows down. I washed the shirt with the treatment and it did take some of the stain out but not all of it. I called again a day or two later and they said they would reorder if i brought the shirt back in. I appreciated that they did not argue with me BUT... As soon as I walked into the store the girl at front (same as the previous time if I remember) did not seem willing to honor the agreement made on the phone at first. She politely reminded me of the procedure of checking shirts before sending them out which I was fully aware of. They did end up taking it and stating that they would reorder. I tried to smile and speed politely but the employees I spoke with were not returning the love. It was uncomfortable at best. The shirts done properly did look nice and they did eventually make things right but I would not use this service for myself based on the two uncomfortable encounters I had. I understand mistakes and weird things happen but I would like to have been treated with more respect instead of suspicion and annoyance. UPDATE: 26 days later I called to check in the shirt and they said they had it. Going in to get it was easy and pain free. I was treated with courtesy and respect this time. Not sure how to feel after 2 nice and 2 not so nice visits.

The get out vibes were strong, from the moment my mom and I walked in the guy at the counter seemed put off we were there and then made comments about us "being in the right place". I assumed it was cause we were women but after reading some other feedback maybe they are just annoyed by customers in general. But they didn't seem to bother the two guys much who came in after us. By the time we left additional employees had come from the back to stare at me while I was on the putting green looking at a putter, while asking me if I knew what I was even looking for and what the club was. Horrible experience I'll never go back! Hopefully, this isn't a sign of the local golf scene
