I loved absolutely everything about my experience with Tiffany! The environment is funky ans fun. Everyone was polite. She scheduled me at a great time with little notice, had a great family-friendly vibe (I brought my infants), and gave me an incredible cut. I brought in a picture of the cut I wanted and she was totally pumped to do it. I was in need of a new place to get my hair done, and found this super cute salon, and I am so thankful that I did! Love the relaxed, cheerful vibe going on with everyone smiling and chatting, no snobby attitude here! Shannon did a fantastic job cutting and then curling my hair, I was thrilled with the way it turned out. My daughter went in at a later time to get her hair cut, and had an equally good experience. I have been going to Tangled T's for a few years now. Tiffany is awesome with color and cuts! Shannon gives the personal touch of a head massage and arm/hand massage while shampooing. She also does color and great cuts! She personally does my hair. Tiffany has also done my hair. Dustin does my grandsons' hair and he is so good with them and his cuts are so perfect! Love all three of these professionals! Great shop with a great atmosphere and lets not forget Frankie, the shop's mascot!! read more

Can I just say thank you to Cassy from Tangled T's for saving my bangs!!! Not only were they so accommodating on getting me in last minute they were super friendly and super welcoming!! My bangs were super jacked up, the lady who did them messed them up so bad but Cassy saved the day!! I think I will now be trusting my future hair appointments to her! I recently got my hair cut and colored from the owner of the salon which I heard amazing things about. I told her I wanted my hair dyed black, I wanted to trim my hair and start the process of my hair going into a V, and I wanted bangs that swoop. So to start she colored my hair. Which she left mass amounts of black color on my head and neck and never bothered to clean it off leaving stains on me for about a week. Then came the cut. And let me tell you every time I look in the mirror I want to cry. She took my beautifully thick hair and textured the living shit out of it. When I looked at the floor after the cut I was sick seeing how much of my hair was on the floor. I never once asked for my hair to be thinned. I knew my cut required layers but thinned?! Never. Then the bangs. Where they swoop properly, she cut my bangs SO THICK that they look very awkward with my now paper thin hair. I look like an 80's rocker chick. She even made a joke during the cut because I was nervous saying "don't worry it's not like I'm giving you a mullet" which is EXACTLY what my hair now looks like. Every time I walk into a room my dad laughs. I will never ever step foot in that salon again and I hope no one else ever has to experience what I now have to deal with for a long time. First off I'd like to say this one star rating isn't for the whole place, just for the hairstylist I had to deal with. Her name is Nadia and she completely destroyed my hair! I went in with dark brown hair and asked for light brown hair. Sounds easy enough right? Well apparently she wasn't skilled enough to do this. She bleached my hair and it turned pink because it had been red a few months before. She blamed me for her mistake but shouldn't she have asked me what I've done to my hair? Also my hair CLEARLY had red tones in it, even my 7 year old noticed it just that day! So anyways, after being blamed for her mistake she told me she needed to put ash in it to cancel out the pink. When she washed that out my hair was gray! Not the trendy silver gray, old lady gray. I wanted to cry. So then, to try and save her ass, she stuck "gold" in it which looked bright yellow to me. So by the time she was finished my hair was grayish green with yellow gold roots. I was horrified. Next came the haircut. My hair was to my shoulders, all one length. I showed her the picture of what I wanted, a one lenght bob cut, same length as what i already had, only with choppy layers. This dumb girl gives me a hella short A-line. Why?? I still have no clue. I guess she just has no respect for her clients hair. I left so upset and to top it off she told me that because she used so much dye I needed to pay an extra $10. That's not my fault that she messed up so many times. I called her the next day and she first refused a refund. I called the day after that and put my foot down and told her how she absolutely fried, chopped, and ruined my hair and I'd like a refund, she says ok come in at 6. I arrive with my mother and daughter and she completely ignores me even though she's right next to me doing someone's hair. After 20 minutes of being ignored I finally say "Nadia I really have to get going, my daughter is sick" She proceeds to get her wallet out, walks up to me and starts yelling not to come back and only hands me $60 when I paid her $70. She says she only charged me $60 and deserves that $10 tip....?? What?! I told her all I want is what I gave her and she says what about the haircut. I told her I never once asked for an A-line and don't know why she cut it that way. she had nothing to say about that. She says she has no change so me and my mom walk to the car and get change. I walked back in alone and this is where this girl went crazy. She was in my face screaming at me and threatening me, she said "you don't know who your f*cking with" and telling me I shouldve known what the dye was going to do to my hair. How? I'm not the "professional" I continued to say that all I'm asking for is what I gave her. I guess she really needed that $10 more then I did. She was in my face saying she's shaking and I'd better watch out...all in front of her customer. She is hands down the most unprofessional person I've ever had to deal with. She's a nightmare. Again, this is a rating based on that disaster, not the entire salon. Please beware of that crazy mess. read more

i go to sarah at tangled T's! she is pretty much the best. she does awesome color, listens to exactly what i want, and makes my hair look pretty and edgy. she is also really friendly and very genuine. which makes the appointment very fun and comfortable. the salon has a friendly atmosphere which i feel is very important since at some salons things can be sorta catty. but not there, just a very nice experience. all the other stylist are great too, along with tony the barber who cuts my boyfriends hair and he always comes out looking top notch. and the decor is pretty rad as well. overall a super great atmosphere and sarah rules! i would definitely recommend this salon anyone. read more
