After seeing a hair professional I was told that my hair were BADLY damaged. I recently booked an appointment with someone new at this salon after hearing the previous girl quit. The worst decision of my life I went in for a haircut originally. She suggested a perm and I questioned the health of my hair. She assured me multiple times it was just fine and she "does this all the time" Tiffany, I pray you don't. I am left with hair so damaged I have no clue where to start. I have a BALD SPOT on the front if my head. How am I supposed to cover or re grow that?? 1. The hair cut was pretty bad, the layers weren't blended AT ALL. 2. My hair was literally burned off I have a BALD SPOT 3. She used a $20 treatment without letting me know then "apologized" for charging me All after me tipping her VERY generously for a cut the day before. I am left with a mess that will cost me thousands to repair.

The stylist gave me a bad cut, then when I called the next day about getting it fixed, she wanted me to wait another 5 days before there was an opening. When I clearly did not want to wait that long and asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else to fix it sooner, she told me that even if I came back for a fix she would not wet cut it like I wanted because she is allowed to have her "preference" (for dry cutting - which sure didn't work the first time), maybe I should go back to Great Clips, and if I know so much about hair then I should get myself a cosmetology license. Aaaaand I reached out to the owner 3 times in the following week with no response, so I guess this is acceptable?
