To say that I am pleased with its repair & condition would be an understatement. And the cost was very reasonable. It also arrived set to Pacific Daylight Time! Most of all I am beyond impressed by SWS's customer service especially in today's business environment. I had contacted a number of watch repair businesses including in L.A. & San Francisco & none bothered to respond. An internet search for Gucci watch repair in Canada led me to SWS. After receiving my watch & having his watchmaker evaluate it, Bill contacted me via email with a couple of options along with his recommendation for the best option (actually the least costly) to restore its functionality. A new Swiss movement, new circuit & coil were installed. The customer service I experienced from Bill should be a template for other businesses. They returned it, saying that they didn't have the data needed (a fairly common Casio Pathfinder) to repair it. And then they charged me $45 S&H - this after I had told them what the watch was BEFORE I had sent it the first time! (If only they'd read the problem sheet I'd sent, telling them what kind of watch it was...) As well, I tried numerous times to contact them, leaving voice mail and email messages to no avail (no one picks up the phone there). In all, the cost to me is $67, and I still have a watch that just needs a battery. TC may be proficient, after all, they say they are, but their customer contact abilities are nonexistant. I can't recommend a business that will not talk to you.

Its home to my favourite camera store, Aden Camera, where I purchase most of my hardware. They also have great tasting food from several outlets and stalls. A couple friends and I decided to do a food challenge to see what we could each get for CDN$20. We met the challenge and enjoyed some great tasting food. Our preferred vendors included QQ Noodle King, Go Curry, Chloe's Convenience, Hi Anna's Basket, Shark's Fin City, and Prairie Lamb Kabob. This mall has something for everyone. Check them out!

Because of that, it can be a little jarring and timely to walk the entire mall area to get what you are looking for. Tons of stores sell the same items - phone cases, Sanrio items, jewelry, keychains, random goods. They also have service focused booths - health, nails, hair, beauty. Vendors also call out to you and sell hard once you are inside a place. Definitely try to negotiate your price or walk away because other stands might sell something similar for less or better value overall. Know your items! Not bad if you are looking around for stuff but also make sure you walk around before settling. Consider that my lesson learned! Food court has a lot of variety and seats come and go. Plenty of options to pick from. Very busy on the weekends. Manageable on weekdays.
