It's a haggle kind of place, so prepare to negotiate if you do see something you want. I tried a price on for size on an item I've been shopping for awhile and their first offer seemed about 30% over market value. I didn't bother to go any further because I wasn't that interested in the piece they had, so it's possible we could have gotten close to a deal with a back-and-forth. Take-away? I might stop in if I happened to be around but it's not worth a special trip unless you already know they have something you want.

We recently returned to Moshe for a bundle of watch battery replacements. Although the mall was very quiet, there was a steady stream of customers in the store. We were noticed immediately at the door and the gate opened to let us in. We were quickly greeted by another staff, who asked what we needed (which was 5 watch battery replacements on this occasion.) She let us know that we could check the items in for the work and return in half an hour. We left to browse the mall and duly returned not too much longer than the allotted half an hour. Once again, we were immediately let back in the store. I recognized the lady who attended to us for the pickup. She advised that one of the watches was not in fact working. Her assessment was that it likely wouldn't be worth investing more money into fixing. The other 4 watches were all ready to go, complete with updated date and time settings on all of them. I really appreciated that they will recognize the value of not using a credit card, and give a discount accordingly. In the past, the proprietor Ray spent a patient and fulsome amount of time with me to review pieces I was interested in. I also like that they update their inventory regularly, so there's always something new to look at for an upcoming occasion. It was the only reason we had for going to Promenade, and definitely worth returning.
