But, it's worth checking out. I called during the COVID-19 shutdown looking for tp, and after an annoying interchange with the voice recorded operator, I finally spoke to a real person. He was accommodating, polite and knowledgeable. I was able to pop in and out, with my appropriate PPE, they were out of stock of several "essential" items such as paper products, Lysol, etc. but the rest of the store was plentiful and tidy. Easy access and parking. Curbside pickup and drive thru offered.

I feel Walgreens and other large chains should make it easy for customers to find things by keeping store formats the same. It seems every Walgreens is laid out differently somehow. I've been to this location a couple of times because it is convenient from my office. You would think finding oral hygiene items would be a breeze but the section is located all the way to the left of the store and is unmarked. Usually this aisle is located in the middle of the store and marked appropriately. Needless to say, I had to walk all over the place to find items that should be easily marked and easy to find. My other pet peeves with this place is that the ATM doesn't always work and there is never anyone at a register so you have to hope and pray an associate sees you waiting. Other than that, this place suffices if you're in the area and need some basic items Walgreens usually sells.

While waiting, a huge Mac truck pulls up and all of the cars behind me had to pull out and come back around do the truck could pull into back for delivery. Now let's get to the worst part of it all, we pulled up to our appointment at confirmed time slot of 9:45 a.m. As you can see from the pic we didn't obtain the kit till 10:59 am ..that's over an hour wait in the drive thru. June 5, 2025 To whom…read moreit may concern, On May 29, 2025 at 5:30 PM, I went to the pharmacy with a prescription for Oxycontin from my dentist. I had just had a tooth pulled and I was in pain. There was a problem with the prescription and the pharmacist needed to contact the dentist for a correction. Given that it was 5:30, I presumed we could get everything cleared up. The dentist returned the call to the pharmacist by 6:30 and submitted a corrected prescription. I got a call from the pharmacist at 6:57. The pharmacy was out of stock. I was told that they closed in 3 minutes. I could not believe this. If the pharmacist had checked stock immediately, we could have gone to another pharmacy. As we talked, I was then told they close in 2 minutes. Countdown to a hang up. Zero customer service. Zero consideration. Clearly the pharmacist was acting in her own self-interest and did not care that she delivered terrible service. I was in pain and she did not care. You have lost a customer forever. For the past 5 years I have been a loyal customer spending at least $150 per week. I estimate $39,000 over that time frame. No more. You lost a customer forever. I contacted the manager. Where other Walgreens fail, repeatedly, this location masters customer service and truly puts the heart in patient care. They move mountains to get the medication you need as soon as possible, they promptly answer your calls, and don't keep you on hold forever like every other locations. This pharmacy is a gem, from the pharmacy techs (shout out to Cece) to the pharmacists I feel so lucky to have found this place, and I don't say this lightly. I'm a registered nurse and a complex patient, and finding a team like this one is rare. Keep it up :-)

My only suggestion would be to spend a little more time on the manicure itself. I haven't had a pedicure in a year, and know I needed some cuticle clean up. She did very little. She also did an eye brow wax for me. That too was very quick. I wish she would have cleaned up my brows a little more. I was told yes, made an appointment and headed over. Turns out, they don't have OPI dip powder. Not the end of the world, but I called to check prior to going in for a reason. When the nail tech sat down, I was never greeted, never even looked at as he began to assess my nails. When it came to removing my dip, I was shocked. I was given a cereal bowl of pure acetone and told to soak my fingers in. A washcloth was placed over my hands and left to sit. Is this truly the standard for dip removal?! I gave a picture of what I wanted done. You can be the judge, but I wasn't happy with them. Throughout the manicure I kept reminding the tech of the thinness of my nails and their sensitivity. He proceeded to aggressively use the drill on my nail bed and cuticles anyway. Literally every single one of my cuticles is cut and very sensitive now a day and a half later. I left with black paint on my fingers and dip on my skin that I was left to pick off for the rest of the day. Just praying I won't get an infection. $75 with tip. Honestly, I will never go back and would caution others.
