I booked an appointment a couple of weeks ago over the phone. The booking experience itself was easy and great customer service provided. This is my first time in years getting my nails done, so I opted for a natural/nude color (687) for my full set of gel nails. The gentleman who did my nails was absolutely wonderful. I was visiting to Fredericksburg on a mini staycation and I found this gem due to rave reviews on the Yelp app. I took the advice of the reviews I came across and scheduled an appointment beforehand. It was around 4:30p on a Saturday when I called, and the business closes at 6. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given an appointment at 5:15p. The location was easy to find in a small shopping center. The inside was impressive and quaint; small but well put together. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. My technician was Erika, who was totally sweet and bubbly. I was offered a variety of drinks when being seated. There are many packages ranging from basic to premium for pedicure choices, which offer both gel and regular polish choices. Clean! I wanted to add that throughout my time in this establishment, I noticed there was a strict policy on hygienic practicing, which is great. I was there at closing and saw how well each area was cleaned after customers left. Overall I absolutely loved this experience and would return in the future. read more

They serve you mimosas with top-notch customer service! Everything about this place is incredible. I recently moved from SoCal, and this spot definitely met -- and even exceeded -- my high expectations coming from the West Coast. They do prefer appointments, so be sure to book through their website because it gets busy fast! You can tell the manager runs a tight ship -- everything is super organized, both with customers and staff. Really wonderful - honestly. My family and I have relocated from Las Vegas and I have had a hell of a time trying to find someone who does nails. Let me rephrase that - someone who does GREAT nails. I've been to two different salons in the area and I have to say I was beginning to lose hope. Sloppy jobs and inconsistent nail shapes and sizes was really breaking my heart. I did some more searches and stumbled across this business. Posh nail bar started my services on time and paid attention to detail to what I wanted. Holly did my pedicure and she was so sweet and massaged my stress away. Leo did my nails and they are so beautiful I could cry. Thank you posh nail bar and team ! We have been here a couple of times and enjoyed our experience. The inside is very clean and staff welcoming. The experience was pretty good, though it appears that some staff have less experience than others so it may alter the experience based on who you get. We really like holly! When I received a manicure a few of my nails were not straight and they gladly fixed it. Nail polish chips easily sometimes and appears they put a heavier coat on the ends. Overall, though, this location is reasonably priced, the experience is good, and pretty happy with the outcome of the gel manicure and regular pedicure. Pleasantly surprised by my trip here today! I used to get my nails done religiously, every two weeks, never missed an appointment. With the pandemic I had stopped making my nails a priority and they had gotten in pretty rough shape despite doing my best at home the past two and a half years. Tracie did my pedicure (regular signature) and gel manicure. She was so sweet. I appreciated her getting to know me and how well she took CARE OF my nails. That's something all of the salons in this area just couldn't seem to get right. She told me one of the owners, Samantha, worked at OPI and has tons of knowledge and experience which is apparent in the quality I received today. The higher price tag is worth it. You get what you pay for and I will be back! Tips: they have an ATM machine on site and I heard someone used venmo which is super convenient! Bar: they have a valid liquor license which means my future appointments will be happy hour time ;) Restroom: unisex, clean and spacious Parking: decent amount of parking spaces but definitely crowded. No issue finding a spot but if you wanted to park away from cars it's probably not gonna happen. At least when I was there on a Wednesday around 12pm. read more

Just moved to the area and was looking for a place to get my nails done. Came on Yelp for recommendations. This place came up as highly rated. Not gonna lie, I called in thinking I would get fit in right away but ofc if it is a high rated spot, then they get booked up fast. Anyway, I scheduled to come in and met a few of the people working there. Samantha did my nails. She was great!! Very friendly. Also, got my brows done there and I am so sorry but I don't remember the persons name - will need to come back to update you but she did a great job as well! I am VERY hesitant to have just anyone was my brows (bad experiences) but she did a great job. She also recommended things to do in the area, which I thought was nice of her to do. This is a laid back, family friendly environment, where everyone gets along very well, and have a good time. I really loved that aspect of the environment. It is a bit pricey for manicure services though & don't feel like they do much to justify that -- but 100% go here for your pedi! They offer mimosas while you're getting a pedicure. They did a wonderful job getting me seated as soon as I arrived although I saw most of the seats for Pedicures were occupied. The staff were very friendly and attentive but, then again I did tell them this was my first time at the establishment was very well lit and clean. For now I'll give them this rating only bc the pedi massage could have been better (slightly too soft for my liking, I should've spoke up) I'll keep y'all posted if need be. But now that I've had a few different nail techs (pedicure, and manicure both gel, and acrylic) I can say for sure this is the best nail salon I've ever been to. They're attentive, diligent, caring, and friendly. And they do an amazing job as well! I've had nothing but amazing, positive experiences with very skilled and attentive nail techs. When one of my acrylics looked a bit crooked to me, it was fixed with no problem at all and I was left with a beautiful set. Definitely recommend any tech here!! read more

I recently had moved back to the area and were looking for a new nail salon. I had a few family members recommend this salon to me and decided to come in and give it a try. Upon walking in the staff is friendly and inviting. The salon is very clean and the decor is beautiful. I decided to get their spa pedicure with gel polish. My technician, Rose, did a wonderful job. She was friendly and ensured I was taken care of. I loved the fact they offer drinks while you get your services done. I enjoyed a mimosa as I had my pedicure and watched tv. BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!! I made an appointment for Valentine's Day and got the Ultimate A-La-Carte Pedicure and it was everything you want and more. First I have to say the staff here is 100000/10 they are SO friendly and make you feel so important and welcomed. The service I received exceeded any salon I have EVER been to. You could go to any nail tech honestly because just from watching the others, you can tell they take their time and do great work. They have complimentary drinks and snacks, I got a mimosa while I was getting my pedicure. The salon was very organized so do make an appointment. As a single mom, I can only schedule appointments while my daughter is in daycare, so I planned this as a rare "me day", my first one in almost 20 months. I booked my appointment three weeks in advance for 10:00 AM and received written confirmation stating, "See you at 10:00 AM." On the morning of my appointment, while I was dropping my daughter off at daycare 30 minutes away, the salon called and told me my appointment was actually at 9:00 AM. Despite me having confirmation that my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, the response was essentially, "We called the other appointments and they can't move, so we can't do your nails. You can come sit here and we'll see if we can work you in." So because of an error on their end, I was the one who lost my appointment. As a new customer, I was apparently the easiest person to bump. What was most disappointing was not the scheduling mistake itself, mistakes happen, but the complete lack of effort to make things right. No accommodation, no attempt to prioritize me, no solution. I took time off work, arranged my entire day around this appointment, and left feeling completely dismissed. Customer service matters, especially when the business is at fault. Unfortunately, this experience ensured I won't be returning.

I had high expectations for this salon based on the reviews, but unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with the results. The chrome started chipping by the next day, and the nails only lasted about a week and a half. The shape wasn't exactly what I asked for either, not terrible, just not quite right. While the cleanup was good, the paint job was awful. He walked away several times while looking confused as to what products he was holding. There is polish all over my cuticles, and there is even a bunch of dust under the pain of the big toe nail! I'm sure this is due to his multiple cell phone breaks while doing my nails. I know my pink nail is small but he literally just painted all over my toe. Next I got the builder gel manicure. There was little to no prep on my nails. She didn't even bother to wipe off the dust from her filing before applying a base coat. She also painted all over my cuticles, yet missing edges of other nails. She also left product on my fingers, and the paint is streaky. Not to mention the dust, bubbles, and unknown particles on my nails as well.
