Normally, I don't ever come back to a colorist with issues, so this was a first for me, but I was glad to work with her to fix it. The management was awful from the start. I called to make my appointment and she had me tell her what I was having done. I have no idea, I don't know the different color techniques or what I should have done. Turns out they wanted to know how much time I would need in the chair. I would have no idea. Then I had a serious issue with the color itself. The front is brassy blond with odd root lines showing and the back is almost a white blond. But I was happy to go in for a fix. Management called me prior to my "fix it" appointment and I was grilled demanding to know my entire hair color history over the phone, I'm not a colorist so I had no idea how to explain it or what I was going to need to have done to fix it. The I was accused of being unhappy with what I told the colorist to do. Huh? If a customer is unhappy and kindly requests a fix, why didn't she have me come in and evaluate herself, rather than grill me over the phone? Turns out she was concerned about how much time I would require in a chair, again. Also, she informed me that I'd have to pay for the blow out after it was fixed. I am supposed to walk out with wet hair and assume the color looks good? She explained you weren't happy with the color, not the blow out. So, you have to pay for the blowout. WHAT? The tone used, the excuses, the blame the customer attitude and my hair still isn't the way I'd like it.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was about 15 minutes late as I came from another appointment that ran over. I was told my stylists Brenda had left but the lady sitting at the counter could do my hair. I was like, wow, she didn't even text me, the response was " it's not her responsibility to text you". The new stylist offered was noticeably much younger, and I asked what Kathleen's fees would be. At this time, the blonde woman, (owner, manager?) refused to give me a price and kept asking me how much the senior stylist had quoted me for her service. I stated that as Brenda was no longer present and I would like to know how much it would cost Kathleen to highlight and cut my hair. The blonde lady got continually more aggressive and rude and told me I was agitated and that maybe I should reschedule. I told her I would not be rescheduling, and I was just asking for the price of the new stylist. Blonde lady continued to refuse price quote. Obviously, my hair was not done here and will never be. I took the blinds photo for my post and she threatened to call the police because I took her photo. This place is a real joke no wonder it's always empty. With that being said, the woman who did my hair fried it, I have fine hair, you don't get to rip it out, she literally pulled the comb though the knots she created, anyone with common sense knows you don't do that, even after conditioning my hair it felt dry and fried, she was extremely rough and couldn't tell that I was getting madder each pull of my head. If this is how paying customers are treated you do not belong in business, and the hairdresser should be fried or retrained, but in my opinion she doesn't belong as a hairdresser. I will never ever go back, she didn't even cut or style it as requested. Very poor service and quality, I guess you get what you pay for.
