Colin called me back right away and spent a lot of time asking questions to understand my needs. I ended up setting a time with him to go up the next day. I show up to the shop and Colin spent time looking over my pipes and making recommendations to make playing them easier. He wasn't there to sell me anything at all but I did end up making a few purchases, which in my opinion I underspent on. It was very quickly clear to me how much Colin just enjoyed bagpipes and the bagpipe culture.
