The desk we never used became a bar that includes a built in wine cabinet. The refrigerator was moved away from the the stove and oven to create better traffic flow. The cabinets are soft close and have pull out drawers so that we can use all of the space inside. In addition, Fedor was able to repurpose the Corian countertops we were replacing and install a counter in our laundry room and a sink top in one of the bathrooms. Fedor was a great company to work with and we are very happy with the results.

Careful with this business...I spent $2400 on a small landscape project. Let me start by saying I…read moreneeded assistance with this type of project because I don't know very much about landscaping. I worked with Danielle who was great (only reason for 2 stars). The project consisted of 4 Rhododendron and 5 or 6 Cherry Laurel. Well one of the Rhododendron died and the Cherry Laure were infested with some type of white flying insects to the point of destruction. I called with the hope of resolving the situation and they were very responsive. Danielle acknowledged that the Cherry Laurels are prone to these white flies (maybe would have liked to have known that the first time) and suggested replacing with 2 Viburnum and 4 Cat Mint. Then I find out this replacement project will cost $1350 with no cost to replace the dead Rhododendron. At first I thought the total replacement price was going to be $675 which I thought was reasonable...but that was just the 50% down payment. I was going to back out of the project but did not want to deal with the insect infestation so I reluctantly moved forward. They completed the project and it looks kind of pathetic. They did not remove any weeds that were under the Laurels and they did not re-mulch the area. The plantings are sparse and very underwhelming. I could have done better myself. So after spending $3750 with the company, my suggestion is...do it yourself or shop around.

His price was on the higher end of the others but was also the most comprehensive. His estimate left no questions as too what he was going to do, very detailed. My preference is to use him so I will save a bit more and likely go with him due to the fact that when I started watching videos regarding what my particular wall would need Kevin had listed every single thing in the estimate that gave me confidence it was going to be done right and not have to be rebuilt again in 5-10 years. I must have had 100 home repairs over the years, this is the first bad review I've ever written to…read morestart off he said my driveway would look like new to say it looked better before the job would be an understatement. He did the job while I was at work and he wanted to be paid in cash, he insisted my wife go to the bank even before the crappy job was done almost trying to intimidate her. I get home call him up and tell him you gotta be kidding there's huge patch marks bumps so he tells me for an extra $300 he would come back in the spring and make it look like new. Two weeks later still in the fall he called me and said he could prep it for $200 so it would be ready for the extra $300 job. I have no idea what the reason he needs fast cash so bad is, but before you think about giving this guy a dime give that money to your favorite charity at least you'll feel good opposed to aggrivated and robbed.
