She seemed to be rushing and moving about very unskillfully in a manner that could really injure a client. She pulled my neck in an odd way that hurt. The paper where one puts their face in the hole of the table so you could breathe, smelled like cooked onions, as if it had been previously used and not washed. She kept answering the business phone and her cell phone during my massage and was texting with one hand and "massaging" me with the other. I asked her if she could hold off on calls during my massage and she said ok but kept answering the phone. The hour was borderline torture, with the only decent part being when she rubbed the back of my neck after pulling it oddly. The worst part is that the massage cost $140 for both of us and she MADE us give a $40 tip, which I explained was a lot more than 20 percent. These required tips were not listed or posted anywhere. The massage was painful and anxiety-inducing, the establishment felt unsanitary, the masseuse was rude, and it was overpriced. STAY AWAY.

My shoulders were tight, and the massage was supposed to be a last-minute fix-me-up, so I got on the bed and threw the stinky blanket over me only halfway up my back, so the stench was not close to my face. The lady up front then comes in the room to give me the massage. Immediately it was a no, especially when she pulled the blanket all the way up to my neck, which is when I snatched it down and said it stank, which she ignored.10 minutes in, another lady comes in to take over even though lady #1 didn't inform me that the swap was going to happen. So boom, I am lying there just trying to let go and let God so that the experience wouldn't be more traumatic than it needed to be. The 2nd lady tried to upsell me by suggesting more time, but I kindly declined. She was better at massaging compared to the 1st one. Unfortunately not enough for me to leave the place pleased but a bit better. In all honesty, I don't know who these 5stars people are, but it was NOT it for me. Those 30mins spent there will be a core memory for a while until something else takes its place in the memory bank. At the price of $45 plus a tip for 30mins, I would've expected something better than what I got, but that's on me, and I learned a valuable lesson. Tl; Dr? Don't go for a full-body massage. If you are, carry your own towel/blanket and don't have high expectations. The area for the foot massages looked alright, so maybe opt for that. Check out their Google reviews. Why would a business review itself as "nice and clean"? Smh!
