Great value if you go regularly. Theres different tiers of massage therapists. Keep in mind for tier 2 & up, you pay extra on top of the membership fee. The only con is that the prices have skyrocketed from when I first started coming here. Overall, Oak Haven is my go-to for consistent, high-quality deep tissue massages. I have had two…read moreprevious therapists at this location and both experiences were excellent, so this appointment was very disappointing. From the beginning of the session, Lori was extremely rough with the massage. Post-op massages require care and gentleness, but throughout the entire appointment her technique felt overly aggressive and uncomfortable. In addition, she made several comments about my body that were inappropriate and insulting. She asked if I had liposuction on my arms, which I did not. She then asked when I had a tummy tuck, which I have also never had I only had a C-section. These assumptions were unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable during the session. There were also moments that felt very unprofessional. At one point she tossed a pillow onto my neck area instead of placing it properly, and when wiping the oils off my body with a towel she was extremely rough. This is something I have never experienced during any massage, especially a post-op massage where extra care should be taken. Because my previous therapists were so professional and gentle, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the level of care and professionalism during this appointment did not meet the standard I experienced before.

George greeted us I entered the spa and offered me a choice of Water, Hot Tea or Champagne. All good choices but after a full day of traveling I opted for the bubbly beverage while they preparred the room. George asked me how much pressure I would prefer and the areas to focus on. I had been sitting on a plane and carrying luggage so my entire back was stressed and in need of work. George stretched my back muscles and proceeded to relieve the tension that had built up. He seemed to know every muscle in detail and knew exactly the right pressure and technique that was required to complete the task at hand. I heard joints popping and oils being applied to my tired muscles all while relaxing on a warm massage table with comfy sheets and headrest. The music playing in the background was soft and relaxing. I have had many massages over the years and George provided one of the best I have ever had. Next time I am in town I will stop by for another wonderful experience. My neck was very stiff at my first appointment, but by the time my appointment was over - I could move my neck side to side with no pain. The second massage - he used cupping techniques and really help loosen up the muscles. It was amazing - working on my t-band was one of those it hurts but feels so good moments. He is kind, flexible and very professional. I am able to relax and actually drift off to sleep. I have had several massages in my lifetime, but he is by far the best!
