Usually after a deep-pressure massage, I'm a bit sore, but not this time. It was an odd sensation to not have pain/tension and I kept moving my head around for days just enjoying it. I've already booked another appointment for myself, my husband, and mother. They book morning appointments out a few days, and late afternoon appointments book out at least a week. It's also a fantastic value, as we've been paying twice the cost for our prior masseuse (and had to drive downtown).

From the beginning of the session, Lori was extremely rough with the massage. Post-op massages require care and gentleness, but throughout the entire appointment her technique felt overly aggressive and uncomfortable. In addition, she made several comments about my body that were inappropriate and insulting. She asked if I had liposuction on my arms, which I did not. She then asked when I had a tummy tuck, which I have also never had I only had a C-section. These assumptions were unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable during the session. There were also moments that felt very unprofessional. At one point she tossed a pillow onto my neck area instead of placing it properly, and when wiping the oils off my body with a towel she was extremely rough. This is something I have never experienced during any massage, especially a post-op massage where extra care should be taken. Because my previous therapists were so professional and gentle, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the level of care and professionalism during this appointment did not meet the standard I experienced before.

George greeted us I entered the spa and offered me a choice of Water, Hot Tea or Champagne. All good choices but after a full day of traveling I opted for the bubbly beverage while they preparred the room. George asked me how much pressure I would prefer and the areas to focus on. I had been sitting on a plane and carrying luggage so my entire back was stressed and in need of work. George stretched my back muscles and proceeded to relieve the tension that had built up. He seemed to know every muscle in detail and knew exactly the right pressure and technique that was required to complete the task at hand. I heard joints popping and oils being applied to my tired muscles all while relaxing on a warm massage table with comfy sheets and headrest. The music playing in the background was soft and relaxing. I have had many massages over the years and George provided one of the best I have ever had. Next time I am in town I will stop by for another wonderful experience. I've been seeing their deep tissue sports therapist Daggett for about 2 years…read more I am an Air Force veteran who served in Afghanistan and have a laundry list of physical ailments and deal with chronic pain. Daggett is a legend and he actually knew what was wrong with my spine before an MRI told me, and he catered his care over the various injuries I live with daily. The therapy he provides has had a profound impact on my daily life and how I carry pain, and he allows me to reset my body back to baseline. Keep in mind that much of the work he does is incredibly painful especially if you have injuries or locked muscles but it will absolutely fix your pain and he will even help you understand your body and why it does what it does as he's manipulating your muscles and nerves, and explain ways to mitigate or prevent so your body doesn't go back to the way it was. I'd recommend anyone I care about to go give Daggett at this location a try if you live with chronic pain or locked muscles, he will absolutely provide the highest quality of care and make your life easier as you carry less pain with you. Absolutely recommend and if you've been thinking about massage therapy this is the place and the therapist to go to
