He did a mix of massage techniques for my feet, face, head and upper body with different oils, hot stones and towels. Got a ton of knots out of my neck and relieved tons of shoulder and trapezius muscle pain for me. Full hour was only 65$ cash which was also amazing. My recent visit was rough, rushed, and not relaxing at all. The massage felt jerky and uncomfortable, with knuckles pressing into bone. It was far from relaxing. They pound on your back, slap it, the towel used for body massage was so rough I had to ask just to use oil and massage my skin, why a rough towel? Today I went to your establishment and have what I would consider to be the worst massage I've ever had. It started off okay, except for the fact that I, without warning, had lotion thrown on my face while I came therefor a foot massage, but lotion thrown all over my face, put in my hair, mind you, I have makeup on, did not expect to have lotion put all in my hair. I was given a massage that was unprofessional at best, elbow on the vertebrae of my spine to the point where I had to yell out in pain. No one spoke any English for us to tell them this was too hard or too soft or anything. We weren't asked any questions, we weren't given any directions other than turn over this way or that way. We tried to communicate but no one understood. Finally, when we left, we were asked to pay our $40, which there were two of us. We both had three $20 bills each. We had two different massage people, so we were going to give them. Both the $40 each and $10 tip each. We asked if they had change. No one, again speaking any English, could understand. So I took one of the 20s off the counter. So there was now $100. I took one $20 and ask the gentleman for two $10s. I took one $20 of my sister off the counter and gave it back to her leaving $80 on the counter and 2 $10 in my hand. The lady took all $80 behind the counter in her hands. I gave each person $10 each for a tip just to be polite. The man who did my massage said $40 to me. I told him I already paid the lady had my money and he said no that I had to pay him again. I said, I already gave her my money. This extra was just for the tip that she had both sets of payment. The lady yelled that I must pay strange how they could speak then but prior to that acted as if they didn't understand. I said that the lady had it. She said she did not have it, even though my friend saw it and a lady in the lobby saw it that was waiting. Repeatedly, I said to them, I've already paid my $40. This is my tip. So they argued and argued, again, not being able to understand, but there was an argument telling us that we did not pay properly. I then pulled out $40 more, two $20 bills, and laid it on the counter to prevent the argument and prevent an escalation. So at this point, I have overpaid an additional $40 for a service that was absolutely horrific, unprofessional, and again, the worst I've ever received. Again, about the massage, if you could call it that, the person giving my massage was rubbing my butt cheeks, pressing my butt cheeks together, wiggling my butt cheeks, punching my arms and my legs and my back, but again, going back to my butt, which is not part of a foot massage. But did that several times. Overall, again, the worst massage I've ever had, as well as stealing $40 from me. I would never, ever recommend or come back to this location. read more

The guy used his elbows, grinding them between my shoulder blades. This review is solely based on management, not the services I received from Amy, the massage therapist, in the past. I absolutely hate having my time wasted, which is why I make sure to call ahead to make an appointment or check availability. I called and was told Amy would be available in 15 minutes. It takes 19 minutes to drive there, so I told the owner, Paul I'd take the appointment. Once I got there, I was told to take a seat. I waited about 10 min and then someone came out, asking what massage I wanted. I asked where Amy was and was told she was already with someone and I needed to wait another 45 minutes. I told them I called and made an appointment and they said to call the boss, Paul, and let him know. It just so happened another person had an issue and he was already on his way in to check the cameras. When I asked about my appointment, he just walked away. I told him I was the one who called and made the appointment with Amy. Again, he looked at me and walked away. I think it was to talk to Amy, but she was in session with someone else, and I thought that was rude to pull another person from her. This manager needs to do a better with scheduling. I told him to tell Amy she just missed out on a nice tip. The massage is only $40 for the hour and I tip at least $20 cause she does an amazing job, but I won't be back because the customer service from management sucks. read more

I did the 30 min massage. Kind of dark in there wasn't sure they were open. They need more light up front. My foot soaked in bath for about five min. He did not talk much which is what I like. Clean in there. He did what I consider a deep tissue massage on my foot would not recommend it if your feet are sensitive. I did tell him to be careful with my right knee it's been injured so he was more careful with that leg. If you don't like it that hard just tell him, he's not a mind reader. Overall satisfied. I've been several times and love it! $35 for a full body massage? I'm a massage therapist and love, love, love this place. No it's not a fancy spa and you will be in a room with others getting a massage... but it's $35...they will get out all the kinks and knots! It is a little rough and don't be fooled if your therapist is tiny! They all have the sane massage sequence which is nice. The only thing I don't like is when you first start they have your feet soaking in a tub of water while you lay down which hurts my back. Went today for a $35 foot massage. I pointed to my choice on the menu when I arrived, there was an English barrier. I didn't have to wait at all, went straight back. There were 2 other people getting massages when I arrived. They have you clothed, you lay on your back, and they place your feet in hot water. I had an older gentleman as my masseuse. As my feet were soaking, he put lotion on my face and started a facial massage. It felt wonderful. He then massaged my scalp and neck, wonderful as well. He then covered my face and massaged my shoulders, arms and hands. He then placed a very warm scented towel underneath my neck. It smelled really good, but I couldn't quite place the scent. The heated towel melted any remaining tension away... He the removed my feet from the water and massaged them dry in a towel. He then massaged my feet. It felt so good. He had firm pressure, but not too hard to where it was painful. He was very thorough in massaging both feet and calves. He then wiped the massage lotion off of my legs with a towel, that felt like a mini massage as well. I felt so peaceful that I almost dozed off several times. He then had me turn over on my stomach so he could massage my back. This is where I take off a star. It was so painful! He would press up and down my back and legs with all of his weight. It was just not my cup of tea. I have had Chinese massages before and realize they are completely different from regular massages, but this was crazy. He spent at least 10 minutes on my back, and by the time he was done, I was tensed up again. He was literally breathing hard like he just finished an intense workout, beating the crap out of me, lol. So in all, I thoroughly enjoyed the first 45 min, and that alone was worth the $35. I would go again, but maybe request a woman, or speak up when it was too painful. There is a big sign when you check out that says cash only!! I didn't see it until checkout time. I didn't have enough cash for the massage, but thankfully I had a $10 bill for the tip. He let me charge the massage, but there is no way to charge the tip, so please be prepared with cash. I will be next time! read more

I went with my fiancé and got the combo massage. WOW! He really wanted a foot massage and they did an awesome job! We were the only ones there on a Saturday afternoon and they had relaxing music playing and the lights down. It was great! Ever since I brought my newborn son home from the hospital my feet have been killing me, I'm on my feet more than ever now. I have always favored foot messages and rubs over anything else so I searched and found this place. first of all the atmosphere is very tranquil, the lights are dim and there is soft music playing. My husband decided to go with me because he experiences a lot of foot pain as well. We were the only ones in there, which made for an intimate experience. We opted to try the 30 minute foot massage because we had never been there before and wanted to see what it was like. It was a tease! 30 minutes is not enough! I definitely recommend the whole hour to get the full experience. The guy doing my feet had very soft hands and he definitely knew what he was doing. The only thing is I wanted the most focus on my feet and it seemed like he did more time on my legs and some on my feet. My husband had the lady and she spent most of her time on his feet. Don't get me wrong, it still felt great, I just wanted my feet to be the main focus. I will have to speak up next time if I want more time on my feet but only if we can successfully communicate because they know very very little English, I might consider a translator app lol.
