For several months now, my silver triskellion pendant has been snagging on my clothing, hair, anything that gets too close. It was bent and cracking, the damage was enough that I feared it would break the next time I snagged it. I've had it for almost twenty years and I rarely ever remove it, it's a special piece that's a part of me. So, I took it down to Emilio and he took a look at it. He explained the process of how would "perform surgery" and sauter and file to repair the damage. I appreciate his eagerness to share and educate his clients, he is very personable! Within a week he was able to make my pendant look beautiful again. With silver repair, nothing will ever quite be like it was when it was new, but Emilio did a great job making it come close. He polished it and made it rounded again. I'm so happy to have it back in good shape, strong and shiny. I wish I had taken a better "before" photo to illustrate just how much better and stronger it is now. The man does fabulous work. Thank you, Emilio.

Established by Michel Medawar then the 3rd generation was put into the hands of Robert Medawar. I ventured in on this occasion- the morning of 05/28/25 to replace a battery in a watch along with cleaning 2 rings. They were a bit busy when I went in- but always reminding me- they'll get to me ASAP. Quite a few patrons were either cleaning/purchasing items of jewelry. I was able to get my rings cleaned while waiting- I just had to leave my watch (since it needs to be opened/sealed accordingly)- which I was well aware of and didn't mind- gave me a chance to get lunch. By the way I received a call from Sheryl that my watch was ready- I was finished with lunch and on the way there since I figured it might be done- Robert said he'd get right on it. This fits accordingly to how they treat any/all customers- when integrity is earned life long relationships are made. And I won't get into Robert's countless accolades for his volunteerism in the local communities. So Yes- in my opinion this fine jewelry store- wholeheartedly deserves this "5 Star Rating". Their customer service is truly outstanding--friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond. But what really sets them apart is their expertise in repairs and custom work. I use the phone number from their website, but the voicemail box was full. I waited until Tuesday and still never received a call back. I tried calling again but again no one picked up and the voicemail box was still full. When I came to pick it up the sign said open but there was no one there at 11 when they supposedly open. It's block down the street from Thunderbolt Spiritual Books so you can visit both places in one shot and probably find what you need between the two. The gentleman that runs the shop locks the front door because he's in back making or repairing jewelry so you have to press a bell to get in. It's worth it. To our surprise, we were presented with a red string bracelet that looked awfully similar to bracelets we saw online for no more than $14, and one my newborn already has from a credible crystal shop. We asked what materials in the bracelet constituted the $140 price tag and their defense was to immediately discredit the other shop by saying the azabache stone could be fake. If that is the case and their so-called authentic stone is worth $20, does that mean the red string and evil eye bead is worth $120? Keep in mind this bracelet is for a newborn, so there's only 4-5" of material used. I understand Martha and co have a business to run, but they really took advantage of us even after we were trying to be reasonable and voice our concerns directly to them at the time of pick-up. Martha did not seem remorseful and avoided to present any solutions to us. Pictures posted--It honestly looks like they took an Amazon.com bracelet, unassembled the string to add a stone or two, and attempted to re-assemble by burning the ends in an uneven matter (which looks questionable and dangerous for a newborn to wear). It's complete shoddy work from a business that's been surviving this long. Perhaps they provide better results on other services, but they had the opportunity to gain the trust and business from our family and failed.
