I have talked with the owner multiple times the past couple weeks and the answer is always that half of the trip will be refunded today or tomorrow. It has been weeks. Phone calls are not answered or returned and text messages are ignored. Use another company for shuttle services.

Adrian and our driver, Brad, stayed in constant communication with us and our daughter throughout the entire process. When her flight was delayed even further, Brad remained in touch, adjusted the pickup accordingly, and made sure she arrived safely in Santa Fe. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get on the first flight out of ABQ airport. My driver Stuart was an absolute pleasure, I greatly appreciated his pre-trip communication. After making my reservation he messaged me letting me know he would be my driver, confirmed pick up location, time, and what vehicle I could expect him in. Upon pick up the vehicle was clean and had plexiglass behind the driver and front passenger. Creating a strong barrier between driver and passengers. Stuart wore a mask for the entirety of our ride. He let me know where different bathroom stops would be available along the drive based on covid closures. With one stop, halfway through, at the Apache Nugget Casino. Soon, they'll be offering shuttle van trips from Albuquerque to Sante Fe, so keep an eye out for that. One thing to mention, is that when you are arriving or departing from the Albuquerque area, pickup is near the Amtrak station, there is a sign near the road with the phone number. You can purchase tickets on the website, over the phone, and with the driver (bring cash). Currently the prices are $55 one-way. Another thing to keep in mind, is that the area in Albuquerque is a bit shady. There are a lot of homeless people near the bus station, and drug dealers. You can wait inside the Amtrak station, or Alvarado Station nearby. Also, the Amtrak station has clean restrooms, a small cafe, and free WiFi.
