Stayed at standing bear lodge. Called reservations unlimited on 1st full day to make aware hot tub was not working. After home a week they charged our card $500 to clean hot tub. I would not stay at this lodge. read more

Reservations unlimited is very kind and professional. They did a great job! We rented the casa Nueva town home #4. The condo was cute and decorated very nice. The only complaint about this particular condo is the beds are very very Uncomfortable. They were like sleeping on a hard floor. Our backs were hurting after the first night. Over all we loved vacationing in Red River. We will be back, but will try to find a different cabin with better beds. read more

Absolutely loved the 29 Pines cabin, amazing views and super fancy. We definitely enjoyed ourselves in this house. Only complaint would be the floors were not clean, we couldn't wal around barefoot without our feet turning brown. Other than that, superb place to rent from. read more

We had a great time and plan on coming back again. The cabin we rented fit our needs since we had a group of 14 and cooked most of our meals. The cabin was nice but worn. Front bedroom at top of stairs had dresser with broken guides, a poor mattress and torn bedspread. Some of the furnishings could use an upgrade. read more

Horrible! Stay away from AspenWest 4E! Not as advertised - no room and you can hear people clomping up and down the stairs, right next to your unit as well as walking up stairs. You have to go to the reservation desk to return your towels and get toilet paper! And they only give you one roll at a time so you end up spending your vacation turning in towels and getting toilet paper. You have to clean and empty trash yourself - including at check out! And you have to go find your own dumpster "somewhere in town!" I was not thrilled with Reservation Unlimited service and attitude but the unit at AspenWest 4E is an absolute dump and even at cheap prices is not worth it unless you area a 21 year old traveling alone and can sleep through elephants walking upstairs. read more

We LOVED the location of this cabin (Bear Bait Red River). Right on a stream which was so lovely and the sound was soothing. We were able to fish right out our backdoor. There is a nice fire pit area by the stream as well. The main dislike of the cabin was that the lighting was very dim. It could use updated fixtures that are brighter. It was difficult to read at night in the living or kitchen areas. The kitchen was reasonably appointed (knives could be sharpened), the bathrooms were clean and had what you needed. Everything was basic and what I would call rustic. It was perfect for our family. All in all, we highly recommend, and the management company was great to work with. read more

I love working with Reservations Unlimited when I stay in Red River. They took the time to find out what I was looking for in a rental property and they delivered. The earlier you book the more options you have in different properties. The last time I stayed there it was with 3 of my girlfriends for hiking and golfing. For Christmas I planned a 4 night stay at Brett's River Lodge for my children and grandchildren. We had a lovely time, except one of the grandchildren got extremely sick. A couple of the families left out at midnight to head to get him medical treatment and the other two families planned to leave the property around 4 am to get home in time for Christmas. While packing up our four month old grand child and all of his many belongings the property owner came out of the adjoining house and cursed the father telling him to just leave and "get the f... out!" He then proceeded to bang on the downstairs bedroom door for at least 15 minutes cursing and telling them to leave. My son who was downstairs asleep at the time had no idea what was going on. His first thought due to the intensity of the banging was that a wild animal was banging on the door! They literally feared for their lives, this man was absolutely crazy! I paid over $2000 for a four night rental, and this is how we are treated? We were very polite guests during our stay, we do not party, we were in bed by 10 every night, up around 7 and gone all day skiing. I am literally in shock at the language and treatment we just recieved. DO NOT RENT this property from Reservations Unlimited. Update- Reservations Unlimited took care of our last nights stay. They will no longer book for this property. They were very professional and apologetic. I will rent from them in the future. read more

I'll make a list to keep this simple. We stayed at Woodlands on the River 1. "Fully Stocked Fishing Pond" is a mossy puddle with a few 6 -8 in fish floating around, 2. The pool was mossy and filthy. When I told Lisa Curry, the manager, she told me it was that way because it rained. 3. My daughter found spaghetti behind her bed. I was told that "no place on the planet do the cleaning people clean behind the furniture every time". 4. The hide-a-bed was broken, so my sons slept on the couches. 5. The "1/2 bath" in our unit was literally a toilet and a wall mounted sink inside of a closet. An adult could barely fit in there. 6. My favorite, the blanket that had a...AHEM...DNA sample left on it. Lisa Curry suggested that perhaps it was yogurt, or toothpaste, and informed me that they do not wash all of the blankets in between guests, that the blankets were folded and in the closet by the last guests, so they did not wash them. She also shouted the question, "Are you a scientist? Did you do a DNA test?! How do you know what it was?!" Summing all this up, the morning after our arrival, we went down to the office, and left a note with all of our concerns and a message for the girl to pass on to the manager, We never received a call or anything, She told us to put the blanket outside with our dirty towels and housekeeping would pick it up. We returned about 4:30 or so, and they were still sitting there, so we took it to the office. The girl there was just filling in for the day and could not help us, but was going to pass this all on to her manager, Upon checkout, the regular desk girl tried to call Lisa, but she was busy, so she gave us Lisa's direct number. I tried to call TWICE and my husband tried once. The girl would send the call to Lisa's office and it would ring and ring.... After a few hours, Lisa called me back, yelled at me for "harassing her office workers", calling FIVE times, told me that I was no longer welcome in any of her properties and that I was "on a list", and made excuses for every single problem we had. She also asked me several times why we hadn't come into her office in town. I told her that I assumed that leaving several messages for her to contact me would be sufficient, I have stayed in a lot of places, from total dumps to very nice acommodations, and I have never been treated as rudely as I was by Lisa Curry. In the end, she said she would comp us $100 back, on our $600+ bill. She immediately emailed me statements for this, but the $100 has yet to be credited back on my card. I was shocked to be shouted at and berated by a manager in the hospitality industry, I really expected just a simple "So sorry this was your experience, what could I do to improve your chances of staying with us again?"
