Now, they couldn't save the dead grass from the heat of last summer, that would be an impossible task, but they did a great job making the lawn look presentable and dare I say, good! The great thing is they don't have contracts so you aren't stuck if you aren't happy with the service. They are also extremely flexible with time frames and can do everything you may need done. I started out only having them come out once a month because it was during the summer, but as spring rolled around I was able to ask that they come out more often. I have also had them to do additional things like removing some bushes from a few beds and off a fence line, spray to keep the weeds at bay, and even do a deep dive on the beds before a recent party I had.... And it's always at a good price. Any time I call to see if something can be done Tim is on top of it. He's also just a really nice guy and always eager to help, and the guys he sends out are amazing as well. They are super friendly, do a great job, and they are always open to talk if I have any special requests or things I'd like for them to be careful of while they are here. I can't speak to the actual service they provide, but when I contacted them for an estimate for…read morelawn mowing services only, they gave me 4 separate quotes for services we never asked for. After calling for clarification, I was finally told that they would charge about $20 more per mow than our current company. They also want to charge $135 for the initial visit to "clean up" our yard - despite the fact that we've been maintaining our lawn and no clean up is necessary. No thanks! Update: the owner called me and was very concerned that I was upset. I explained that I was frustrated that I had to dig through 4 emails and make a phone call to get the quote that I asked for. He explained that since they provide full service lawn care (not just mowing) that his rep was just trying to offer their full range of services. I suggested that they make their quote process easier to understand. While I still don't think that their communication is great, it's obvious to me that the owner really cares about customer service.
