This is an amazing addition to growing downtown Wendell ! We went with our 3 year old and she loved the duckpins and arcade!! They have a full bar and tap beer wall for the adults! Everything is reasonably priced! Well designed family and date night friendly atmosphere!! We didn't try food it comes from 41 north across the street! We plan to come back!

Vintage arcade games line the walls and the bar, high scores are celebrated like Olympic medals, strangers bond over pixelated battles, and the community vibe hits harder than a perfectly timed Pac-Man power pellet. Belly up to the bar and meet the bartender who's basically a human cheat code: they mix drinks that hit all the right combos and serve up conversation even juicier than their excellently prepared cocktails. Friendly, sharp, and impossibly attentive, they'll remember your favorite order before you finish saying it--and somehow make you feel like the VIP of the whole arcade. It's a retro playground with a community vibe--high scores, laughs, and new friends are all on the menu. Game on. Cheers!

Neither person working there spoke when I came in nor when I stood at the bar briefly looking around the place and also at the drink menu. They just stood behind the bar like I didn't exist. It almost made me want to turn around and leave but I love arcades so I continue in. While looking around the back, I spot Super Mario bros 3 in the Nintendo so I sit down to play. I stayed for an hour, played a round of guitar hero and then left. As a lover of arcades, I was excited to hear Knightdale was getting one and I figured it would be a nice spot for me to regularly hangout at but that experience was a bit disappointing. I'll more than likely go back and check it out again but it will be awhile.

We loved it. I am so used to a "fancier" spot such as Kings at North Hills, but I would come back here over Kings now that I have been! Everyone that worked there was friendly. The space is huge, and they have many lanes. You don't feel like you are on top of each other, which is nice. I believe it was about $30 for all of us to play two games/get shoes, which is not bad at all! They have a huge arcade type space with plenty of games and even a small ride that mimics the Himalaya at the N.C. State Fair! You can play games, earn tickets, and they have a full force prize booth! It's pretty cool! There is an incredibly extensive food menu, and they have decent drink options as well; beer, wine, soda, juice, water, etc. The only food we got were the chicken tenders, and although frozen I actually asked the woman the brand. These were some of the best chicken tenders I have ever had and did not seem frozen at all. Eager to try some new foods next time! We are already planning our next trip back!

Several of the axe throwing stalls were open so we started there. Then we did the pirate putt putt, and it was amazing! The effort they put into the decorations and hole designs was evident. Next we tried out the arcade area, which is much larger than you would think from the outside. From there we tried the second putt putt area with a retro feel; even the music was spot on. We wrapped up with mini bowling and had a blast. The food is reasonably priced but nothing special. We would have spent more if they had a kitchen/ grill like you would find at a bowling alley. The drinks ranged from bottled water to sports drinks to soda to alcohol. Overall the building and equipment were clean and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. The majority of the building is accessible, including the multi-stall bathrooms and activities like mini bowling. Other than the gendered multi-stall bathrooms there are several single stall gender neutral bathrooms but only one was in service when we went. The single stall bathrooms are located inside the entrance to the retro putt putt, inside the arcade area, and just before you get to the VR area.

It's still under construction but once they finish I know it's going to be a popular choice. Lastly they have a huge set up for cornhole tournaments. We really enjoyed our time. But for parents to be aware it can be a little pricey to do many of the options they have. So do your research before going. Overall we had a wonderful time with the family.

Good food, good and cheap drinks, fun games, even better vibes! I always have a good time here! The staff is kind and fun, and I always enjoy them! The drinks are your basic bar drinks, but they have a lot of great options for cocktails that aren't expensive or too fancy. The arcade games are fun for all ages, so this is also a place you can bring your family during the day, which is something different for the area. I wouldn't suggest small kids later at night...it is still a bar. As far as food goes, it's really good for a small kitchen as they have. I usually order the Cheat Code, which is their twist on cheese sticks that has bacon and is drizzled with hot honey. So delicious! The pizza is great, as well as the dips and nachos. They've got rotating specials, so make sure to check those out when you go. Some nights they have a DJ, so it can get loud, especially on Last Fridays, but I love how different it is from the other places. Frankie's Review - 3/5…read more While in town, we decided to visit Frankie's after it was recommended to me by my boss, and this time I had my husband and 12-year-old son with me. Overall, it was a nice way to spend time together as a family and gave us something fun to do during our visit. Frankie's offers a good variety of attractions, and my son especially enjoyed the rides, including the claw, roller coaster, and zero gravity experience. We also played putt-putt golf, which was enjoyable, though I personally found the course a bit less challenging than similar places I've visited before. The road course was also on the shorter side, but still fun for what it offered. One thing I would note is that the pricing felt a bit high, particularly for the arcade games and rides, especially considering some of the experiences are fairly brief. We also found the pizza to be a little overpriced, so we chose other food options as well as their burger and Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, one part of the experience that stood out in a less positive way was the customer service around some of the attractions. Several of the attendants seemed very nonchalant and disengaged, almost as if they were not very happy to be there. That kind of energy can affect the overall atmosphere and, for me, made it less likely that I would return or recommend it. We also had to wait for attendants to assist with some of the more interactive 3D-style games, which interrupted the flow of the experience. That being said, one of my personal favorites ended up being the carnival 3D shooting game, even though we did have to wait for an attendant before we could play. Once we got on, it was definitely one of the more enjoyable parts of the visit for me. On the positive side, it was not crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I especially enjoyed spending time in the arcade with my family, and that ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. I also want to mention our experience in the bar area with Olivia Jackson, who provided such warm and pleasant service. She was courteous, attentive, and truly showed genuine Southern hospitality. Her kindness and professionalism made us want to stay longer, and we ended up enjoying our food and family time even more because of her. She was definitely one of the bright spots of our visit. Overall, while I have visited similar entertainment venues that I personally enjoyed more, Frankie's still provided a decent family outing and a different experience while we were in town. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.
